anchoring ToolTip to cursor?

Hi

I was wondering if this is possible?
With nUI my Tooltip is currently on the left side of the screen in the middle.
I would prefer it to be on my mouse cursor

take a look at this thread which lists all the slash commands available. positioning of the tooltip is listed part way down.
