Hidden tooltips...

Has anyone else noticed in 2.0.5 that suddenly information gathering from hidden tooltips doesn't work?

Functions that worked this morning (Tooltip:GetItem(), TooltipTextLeft...:GetText(), etc) are now returning nil unless you can see the tooltip on the screen.

What happened?
