Made quality borders much nicer. No more squinting to see them.
Added support for the Relic Slot. This should work, although my Druid doesn't have a Relic for me to check properly.
Fixed indenting of code.

Added option to colour borders of items to show their quality.
We now register and unregister events on entering/leaving the world, should help with zoning times. Not that I noticed any increase with this addon, but this seems like The Right Thing To Do.
Fixed Disable() function so it hides text strings on standby.
Tidied up indenting of code.
