My Newest Addon. After spending a few months in Beta playing a Dearth Knight I found I had a need (well desire) for something to tell me when Freezing Fog procs. So I made an Addon for it.... Freezing Fog is a buff so to speak that will let a Frost DK cast Howling Blast at a cost of NO runes.. this is HUGE really so I didn't want to miss out on free dps.. Since I was already at it i decided to add in an alert for Horn of Winter as well.. Since HOW is not always something you want or need so I am only alerting when the buff fades so if you dont have it you wont be botherd with it.
