When BongosFu is loaded FuBar appears but none of the other addons/menu items appear. You can right-click on FuBar and see them listed in the menu but not enable them. When BongosFu is removed/disabled FuBar works normally.
Related issue - BongosFu also interferes with the FuBar autohide feature (you can right-click the bar but it is invisible).
