When playing druid the spell thorns does not show up at all in sct as damage being done to the creature.

ok I downloaded a newer version that was in the download and thorns comes up but it says (113) for the spell name.

You are not using the version of parser lib that comes with SCTD. Damage shields of all types are an option you must turn on under the options that is off by default.

I did turn it on it comes up as (113) I mentioned that above already I turned on every single option I could see there just to make sure and it will only come up as (113) not (Thorns). When they resist it says Resist (Thorns) so I have my settings right there is something wrong with the mod itself. I deleted the lua file and even used your profile setup while turning on damage shields and it does the same thing resists fine but lists the damage as (113).

You have something installed wrong. It is working fine for me. Are you using any other mods that use ParserLib or Ace2?

I did another bug report detailing very clearly what I did which was deleted it seems. I do not have anything installed wrong. As stated in the previous bug report I deleted my addons folder recreated put in only SCT and SCTD which is 4 folders into the addons folder I moved out my WTF and let it get re-created so everything is fresh off install. When i log into the game and use any of the profiles thorns does list properly for the damage it says 6 Nature (113) but when its resisted it stated Resisted (Thorns). The only mod running is SCT/SCTD so there is absolutely no interference from any other mods. All other spells work fine and list fine. When im on my shaman lightning shield which is a Damage Shield works fine. Also as stated i have 2 other computers here and they do the same thing to their druids as well. I have 3 accounts for 3 different people and all 3 do the exact same thing for our low level druids. Now you say it works for you so I wonder what level is your druid and what level of thorns are you using that works? So far levels 1 and 2 do not work for us. There is a guy in the forums talking about how healing touch spell is coming in as (123) so im not the only one seeing these numbers. I can re-create the problem 100% with or without my other mods. I know its installed correctly because everything else works perfectly fine as far as i have tested and the other 2 account holders here have not complained about any problems from their SCT/SCTD installs.

One suggestion is to download it from here to make sure you have all the latest Ace2 and other libraries:

ok so i downloaded the ones off wowace and verified the files to the ones on your own site and they are not the same. how come you update wowace but not your own site that sounds weird but whatever. ok now it only says 9 Nature and nothing else I thought it would say 9 Nature (Thorns) like all the other damage shields state in brackets what the damage is done from or is Thorns done like that on purpose?

SCT makes use of Ace2 Libraries and those are updated regularly on that site. This is just a place to download a working version but if you want the latest and greatest of everything it is best to use the Ace2 site.
