Sometimes while I'm fighting, i use the disease and it doesn't go on cd, it just stays as if I hadn't used the move. This is annoying because I'll think it's still up sometimes and spam the attack wondering why it doesn't work.
Great addon, I personally use the Compact with the default blizzard runes and I love it!.
