    Skill levels for Cobalt and Rich Cobalt

    Skill levels for mining Cobalt and Rich Cobalt are incorrect. Addon of version 1.5.5 lists 250 and 275 as the skill levels whereas WoWhead, WoWwiki, and the game list them as 350 and 375 respectiveley. In addition a version bump would be nice so that we don't have to force load the addon
