    Honestly i would say this is an error due to one of the other addons. Having MoveAnything installed with GrimUI will cause problems although i dont think that would have been one of them. GrimUI has its own MoveAnything built into it. Also i have not tried it before but WIM might cause problems with GrimUI as well. What i would do though is reset the chat frames to the bliz default then hit the GrimUI chat frame reset button and see if it works and sets up right. If not it is most likely one of those addons conflicting. The 3 addons in your list that i know right off the top of my head might have problems with GrimUI are TipTac, MoveAnything, and WIM. Everything else on your list should be no problem.

    I will try to recreate the error and see for sure. Most likely its a conflicting addon issue.

    i too have this error - and also with only Grimui and Macaroon installed and enabled ?

    Any thoughts ?

    Did you reset the chatframes after installing grimUI? are the chat frames setup as seen in the grimui screen shot? Did you have some kind of crazy chat setup before installing GrimUI? That error has to do with the chatframes. What i would first try is click the chat tab and select reset from the drop menu then go to the GrimUI options and to the chat tab there and select reset chat. This should fix the problem and stop the errors.

    I have made some changes to the chat code that should prevent anything like this from happening in the future. To fix your current installation do as i previously instructed and reset the chat window with the blizzard function either on the chat tab drop down menu or by using the button on that chat option window. Once you have reset the chat windows with the blizzard function then go to the GrimUI options, to the chat tab, and press the reset chat button there. It should work fine at that point.
