Here's your error report:

I get this error even after restarting MoP with only bBars enabled. Not just logging out of a character, but completely shutting down the game and restarting it.

OK. I deleted the addon and all of its' SV's, reinstalled and re-enabled all of the Blizzard bars in the default options. It works now without errors.

Please accept my apologies for over reacting and filing a bug report.
