    Sergeant/Honored discount shown permanently (toggle?) please.

    The Sergeant/Honored discount in the latest SVN release (as of today) only seems to show after zoning in/out (of a BG zone? not sure on this) and it then only displays on the tooltip until I speak to a vendor. At that time, it disappears and doesn't show again until some other zone changing event fires (???) and then it disappears again randomly.

    Can you please make the discounted cost show ALL the time? Can make it toggle-able if you wish, but it must be on the tooltip at all times IMO.
