Could you please use the community standard API GetSellValue()? It's portable between sell value addons and with it, their databases are shared together. So it's not depended on one sell value addon.
Informant (Comes with the Auctioneer package) implements it and a lot of other addons do. See: http://www.wowwiki.com/API_GetSellValue
Just do a check to see whether it is set to `nil' or not. Now you aren't bound to a specific addon for these values.
