    Ignore Raid Buff spamming

    A function to ignore the showing of "Rampage" from Warriors and "Ferocious Inspiration" from Hunters.

    It's really annoying and spams the whole screen, have to disable sct sometimes when i'm raiding with alot hunters and warriors.
