    Is there a way to Enlarge expiring debuffs/buffs

    It would be nice to have buffs and debuffs grow by x (scale value) when reaching (# of s) of its duration. I know it blinks but in heat of a long fight its hard to pay attention to all the bars trying to see which bar is going to end and needs to be recast, also know I can sort by duration but a grow effect would be awesome.
    Also it would be nice if there was a way to extend the time the flash spell for cooldowns stay on screen. the secondary flash is so quick I sometimes miss it, it would be great if I could extend the duration of flash by a second or even have it pulse twice.
