I LOVE the cooldown timer(it's the only thing I use). Being able to see everything, cooldowns, buffs, debufs in one single place, is the greatest thing ever. No more do I worry about 30 bars being stacked on top of each other. Instead I have one bar. Awesome. Now I wish I could put the raid timers on to this one bar. I don't know how feasible that is considering DBM/Bigwigs isn't your mod, but if you could do that, then I would be able remove a ton of stuff off my ui.
