Disable A/Q/* button on tracker OR restore tracker to last position

Greetings. Thanks for a great addon! Here's a feature I'd like to request.

    Request summary:
    -------------------------

I'm looking for a way to disable the A/Q/* buttons on the quest and achievement trackers. Ideally, a checkbox in the options menu would read something like "Disable A/Q/* buttons on trackers", and when it is checked, those buttons would do nothing (or be removed entirely). When it is unchecked, the current behavior would continue.

Alternately, when only one tracker is opened and you right-click the A/Q button to open both trackers, have the second tracker open in the position it was last at, not on top of the first tracker.

    Rationale:
    -------------------------

I use both the achievement and quest trackers, so I always have the * button visible on both tracker frames. I can't count the number of times I tried to minimize one of the trackers, but because my mouse was a couple of pixels off, I clicked the * button instead; and I screamed bloody murder as the tracker vanished.

Restoring it requires a rather onerous amount of work -- find the other tracker, right-click the A/Q button to bring up both trackers (which puts the accidentally-closed tracker directly on top of the one still open) , click the O button to open options, find and uncheck the Pin Tracker option, move the errant tracker back to its spot (which often requires moving even the correct tracker so I can grab the right one), click O again to open options, and re-enable the Pin Location option.

The two solutions I propose both seek to solve the problem, but come at it from different angles. The first solution addresses the symptom I'm encountering (pressing the wrong button causes disastrous consequences), but the second solution goes to the root of the issue -- each tracker doesn't remember its location. It's up to you whether to do just one, or both.

Thanks again, and please let me know if you need any more info. =)
