When using Examiner to inspect someone, the UrbanAchiever frame shows up 1-2 seconds later. The new version of Examiner also inspects the achievements of someone, so it seems like your mod is shown when the achievement-data of the target is ready although UrbanAchiever is not shown. Btw, thanks for this good mod - I really like the tracking features :)
