First, where are the timer texts in your screenshot???
Debuffs: work fine for me... are you getting any errors?
Tench: yeah, this is intended. There's no way to know what the max time is for a tench.

i've disabled the numerical display of buff/debuff durations in the blizz options.
errors? none at all
ok to the tench, although i've missed refreshing them from time to time :-[
debuffs even won't work with only shinybuffs active, just tried with the debuff given from eating to many "tricky treats" (even with active timer texts)
