You can move all your bars. Just read the rActionBarStyler info page!

The shapeshift and the petbar are movable by default.

Other bars can be made movable by editing the config of rActionBarStyler.lua.
Its not hard, open the file with Notepad and edit whatever bar you want to become movable.

Then move your mouse next to that bar hold down ALT+SHIFT and start dragging.
