The Burn series of Addons are now being developed. BurnXP is a starting point, and has already undergone massive revisions as far as functionality and aesthetics go. The goal of the Burn addons is to create a massive suite of light-weight, custom Addons, under one massive control panel (BurnCP) the reform your entire user interface.
