If you are not comfortable doing this and require in-game configuration, this addon may not be for you. There are no current plans to add any in-game configuration.

Changes for 5.0/MoP

As of version 0.9, options are now moved into a separate file called options.lua. Also, you may specify overrides for the default options in options_override.lua if you wish. Doing so may make upgrading versions easier by electing to keep your override file between versions.

Description

QuestKing is a complete replacement for Blizzard's objective tracker frame. It is designed to be simple, compact and unobstrusive while supporting all the (in my opinion) important features of the Blizzard alternative, plus some of its own.

QuestKing is visually inspired heavily by QuestGuru_Tracker, and philosophically inspired by both QuestGuru_Tracker and its predecessors (such as bEQL). However, QuestKing is written from scratch, with no dependencies, and keeping in mind the requirements of a quest tracker in WoW 5.0. I've also attempted to keep CPU and memory usage relatively low.

The following features from the Blizzard frame ARE supported:

Quest tracking
Achievement tracking
New for 5.0! Scenario stage progress and criteria
New for 5.0! Challenge mode support, including medal timers and criteria
Notifications for automatically completable quests (New feature since WoW 4.0)
Notifications for automatically received quests (New feature since WoW 4.0)
Timers for timed quests
Timers for time...

Please get that instead.

ATTENTION

This addon contains no in-game configuration and is instead configured by editing values in the Lua files. Also, you may specify overrides for the default options in options_override.lua if you wish. Doing so may make upgrading versions easier by electing to keep your override file between versions.

This is a MoP beta version of QuestKing, a complete quest tracker/objective frame replacement. Other than bug fixes, this version adds support for new MoP features, including:

Scenario support, including objective tracking and scenario quests.
Challenge mode support, including medal timers and objectives.

When in a scenario or challenge mode, relevant objectives and timers will always be shown, and all quests will be hidden with the exception of scenario quests that are detected as being from the scenario you are in.

Any and all bug reports are very welcome. Also, this version is for MoP only and not the live client.

Broker_Nameplates (1.1)

Change Log:
--------------------
1.1
- TOC update to 4.3
- Fixed issue where the initial nameplate state wasn't displayed correctly immediately upon login (by changing loading event to more accurate version).

1.02
- TOC Update to 30300

Description:
--------------------
Exceedingly simple Data Broker panel which displays the state of your Nameplate toggle. A single color-coded letter is displayed, speficially:

N = Nameplates off (grey)
F = Nameplates on for friendly targets (green)
E = Nameplates on for enemy targets (red)
B = Nameplates on for both of the above (blue)

Possibly useful if, like me, you tend to turn plates off in towns and then forget what their state is just before a pull or whatever, and find the behavior of the toggle button very hard to discern at times without targets nearby as a reference point.

If you want different colors or longer words or whatever, just crack open the .lua file and edit the obvious strings in updateObject().

Of course, you will need a Data Broker display addon of some sort for this to do anything.

Broker_Volumetric (1.2)

Change Log:
--------------------
1.2
- TOC update to 4.3
- Changed loading event to (probably) more accurate version.

1.11
- Fixed incorrect folder structure in the .zip file. No other changes.

1.1
- Fixed bug when opening the sound options when clicked.
- TOC Update to 40100.

1.02
- TOC Update to 30300.

Description:
--------------------
I know, I know. Yet another Data Broker volume plugin. Why does this exist?

Displays master volume, 0-100, as usual. But!...
Provides visual flags next to the volume when a certain sound type is muted. Flags are as follows:

M - Music muted
S - Sound muted (includes SFX and Ambient)
F - SFX Muted
A - Ambient Muted

Detects the use of the default WoW muting and volume control keyboard shortcuts and updates the flags accordingly. So if like me you frequently use CTRL+M to toggle music and CTRL+S to toggle sound, the S and M flags will be in the display to indicate what's currently muted and what's not. Also detects master volume changes via the default CTRL+- and CTRL+= bindings.
No fancy custom GUI (yet anyway) but clicking the panel will open the normal sound options page.

That's about it. Of course you will need a Data Broker display addon to see anything.

bBuffBars_Barjack (0.25experimental)

Change Log:
--------------------
0.25experimental

- Fixes and work-arounds for ranged weapon temporary enchantments
- Ranged enchant timers no longer cause errors, but do not update immediately (until another buff or enchant updates). This is due a bug in Blizzard's code.

0.24experimental

- Ugly, memory-wasting workaround for Blizzard's bug that occurs when using weapon enchants in 4.3. If you don't play character that use weapon enchants, or can simply deal with turning weapon enchants off, please use 0.23.

0.23

- TOC updated to 4.3
- Extremely minor fix for icon borders

Description:
--------------------
ATTENTION

This addon contains no in-game configuration and is instead configured by editing values in the Lua files. If you are not comfortable doing this and require in-game configuration, this addon may not be for you. There are no current plans to add any in-game configuration.

Description

This addon is a fork (with permission) of bBuffBars by blt. It contains (currently) a few bug fixes for edge cases, as well as some visual changes, such as different colours for different types/durations of buffs/debuffs, custom highlighting and custom stack counts. All credit for the original code and addon goes to blt, this version simply contains my own personal edits for my own UI.

CalendarColors (1.0)

Colours raid names in the calendar tooltip according to their type. The purpose of this is to make it much easier to dig through big lists of unlocks to see what you care about and what you're saved to, and to visually differentiate dungeon heroics from raids, and unlocks from resets.

Due to the way this mod works, automatic localisation is a little difficult, and as such this will only work on English clients at the moment. An example "exEX" localisation template is included at the top of CalendarColors.lua, feel free to send me back any localisations you make and I'll incorporate them into the addon (alternatively I will of course accept any patches that make this manual localisation unnecessary).
