Excavatinator (2.1)

Change Log:
--------------------
-- Version 1.4 --

Additions:
- Travel frame added! Click the travel button (bottom left corner) to see a frame with any methods of
teleportation available to you, and click one of your choosing. If I've missed any items or spells
that should be included, tell me.
- Link frame added! In cases where Excavatinator can not automatically link an archaeology project to
an item, you can manually link the two here. Certain links are provided with the update. If you
find any items that aren't linked, please do tell me, and I'll add them to the default list.
Changes:
- The lists of incomplete common or rare artifacts can now always be viewed from the achievements
"Diggerest" or "It Belongs in a Museum!" respectively, even if you have completed the achievement.
Fixes:
- The Survey button now works for all languages.
- Total artifact count is now accurate for all languages.
- With the introduction of the links frame, the Crawling Claw problem should be fixed.

-- Version 1.3 --

Additions:
- The main window can now be collapsed to only show races available on the current continent.
- There is now a Survey button in the main window.
- Achievement tracker added. Click an achievement for information on incomplete objectives.
Fixes:
- There was a rather embarassing mistake that would prevent item links from working as intended on
non-English clients. This should now be fixed.
Known problems:
- The Crawling Claw problem still exists, for the same reason as described below.
- Excavatinator can not be opened while in combat.

-- Version 1.2 --

Additions:
- Right clicking a race will now solve its artifact, if possible.
- The main Excavatinator window will now update in real time. The artifact list still won't.
Note: The standard archaeology window will not work properly with Excavatinator open.
- There are now key bindings available for opening Excavatinator and for casting Survey.
Fixes:
- The artifact list will no longer scroll when the...

Description:
--------------------
Excavatinator is a checklist for archaeology. It will list all currently known archaeology projects, and whether you've completed each project.

To use:
Type /arch to open the main window. This contains a list which shows each race with a project count, your progress on the current artifact, and how many keystones you have. There are also a few buttons along the bottom of the window:

- The far left button opens the travel frame. This holds a list of the items and spells you have that you can use to instantly travel around the world with (hearthstone, teleport etc). This list may not be complete; if you have something that should be on the list but isn't, give me a comment.

- Near the middle is the Survey button. This button simply casts Survey.

- Next to it is the achievement tracker button. The achievement tracker allows you to see your progress on the archaeology achievements in the game.

- Finally there's the links frame. This is intended as a solution to a problem caused by Blizzard's API; if an archaeology project's name does not match the name of the created item, there is no data linking them. This frame allows you to manually link an unlinked project you have completed to an item you haven't. Some links have been provided in the update, and if you find any further un-linked item/project combinations, go ahead and tell me so I can add them to the default list.

- The little button to the far right collapses the race frame so that it only displays the races available on the continent you're on. Only works in Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Outland and Northrend.

Click a race to open its artifact list. The artifact list lists all artifacts you can find for that race, and which ones of those you have completed. You can mouse over an artifact to view the item's tooltip, and click one to insert a link into chat.

You can also keybind the Excavatinator window, as well as the Survey skill, under the key bindings menu.

BossAltBar (1.2)

Change Log:
--------------------
1.2: Added functionality for hiding the border and background of the frame. Fixed a bug that would sometimes reduce the bar to 0 on Cho'gall until the next display update (untested, but should work - update next week if not). Found a better (and hopefully more future-proof) way to hook into the display function.

1.0: Release

Description:
--------------------
Some bosses have special mechanics that place an additional UI bar on your screen. This addon gives you a very plain looking bar in addition to that, that displays the same thing, but being more plain it's in some cases also much more clear. Also, this bar comes along with a numeric display, which the original bars don't, allowing you to accurately gauge how much of the bar is filled rather than having to estimate. Finally, this bar can be moved.

Normally, the bar will appear once you start a fight that uses such a bar, and disappear when you leave combat. You can 'force' it to appear using the slash command /altbar, which is also the command to hide it if it's already shown.

If you want to hide the bored and/or background of the frame, use "/altbar border <on/off>" and "/altbar background <on/off>".

Note that this addon will need the original bar to be shown in order to function. It does not have to be placed anywhere you can actually see it, but it needs to be 'visible' to the UI.

Also note that this addon has only been tested on Onyxia's lightning charge, as the other two bosses with bars are down for me this week. It should, however, work just the same on both :)

Personal Word Filter (1.1)

Change Log:
--------------------
Version 1: Release.

Version 1.1: The addon is no longer case sensitive; any use of the filtered word regardless of capitalisation will be filtered. Certain 'tricky' filters would cause the client to crash (e.g. replacing a word with itself), so these have been prevented. Also, using the filter command without any arguments will no longer filter the empty string and cause odd issues when talking if that is done (unfilter will still accept it, but that won't actually do anything anyway).

Description:
--------------------
This addon filters your messages, replacing any word you'd like with... any other word you'd like. Note that this filters YOUR messages, i.e. what YOU say; there are already many ways to filter what others say :)

To add a word to the filter:
/filter <word> <replacement>

To remove a word from the filter:
/unfilter <word>

(without the brackets)

Any time you use a filtered word, it will be removed. The replacement word is optional; if left out the word will simply be replaced with "<snip>".

Achieve Truth (1.1)

Change Log:
--------------------
1.1C: Same as previous version, but with a few internal updates to work with Cataclysm.

1.1: Fixed a really silly mistake. Should work right now.

Description:
--------------------
There are some addons out there that will allow people to lie about achievements they have. This is designed to help you prevent that.

What this does is scan every nearby party or raid member for a given achievement, and produce a list of everyone with their names coloured accordingly. Green means they have the achievement, red means they don't. White means they were out of range for the scan, or couldn't be scanned for some other reason.

To start a scan, type /truth (shift click the achievement to insert the link). This will clear any previous scan and start a new one. To re-scan the same query (and keep the previous results), type /truth without any arguments.

Note that only when you start a new query will the list of players be reset. Re-scanning will keep the list, which means anyone who's left the party or raid will remain, and anyone who's joined will not be in. This won't break the addon, but should be noted.

Also note that with a large raid group, the scan will take a few seconds. This is because there is a throttle on the rate at which this information can be retrieved. There is a progress bar that will show you how far along in the list the scan is. The game will usually be slow and choppy during a scan, so don't run one during a boss fight or any other time you need to be able to react.

tuttiHUD (2.0)

Change Log:
--------------------
Bug fixes:
2.0: Bars will now follow the UI scale, and will hide along with everything else when you hide your UI. Default values have been increased by approximately 40% to compensate, though this will not affect any saved settings.
2.0: Custom bars will work as intended now.

Changes:
2.0: Pet health and resource bars have been added below your own.
2.0: tuttiHUD is now Cataclysm ready. With version 2.0, once Cataclysm is released the additional bars will appear automatically, no update needed.

Description:
--------------------
This is a very minimalistic HUD. You get a health and resource bar for yourself, your pet, your target and focus, and their targets. Druids also get a mana bar in cat or bear form, and death knights get rune cooldown bars. You can also create your own custom bars, to track most anything.

Cataclysm features have also been implemented. Balance druids get an eclipse bar, warlocks get a soul shard bar and paladins get a bar for holy power. These features will not be present on live currently, but will automatically become enabled once 4.0 is released - no update will be needed at that point.

To customise the size of the bars, use the command /tutti hud options. This brings up the options frame, where you can change these, as well as the threshold for when the health or mana bar turns red, and the frames' update rate, if you should need it.

To create a custom bar, use /tutti hud custom. Colour, size and orientation (vertical/horizontal) define the looks of the bar. Value and max functions are Lua functions, and need to return a value (examples below). The name is not very important, but is needed to remove (delete) a bar.

Examples of bars:
Value: _,_,_,s=GetSkillLineInfo(13); return s
Max: _,_,_,_,_,_,t=GetSkillLineInfo(13); return t
This will give you a bar that tracks the 13th item in your skill window, most likely a weapon skill. For my druid it was staff skill.

Value: _,_,t=UnitDetailedThreatSituation("player","target");return t or 1
Max: return 100
This will give you a primitive threat bar that shows you how close you are to pulling aggro off whoever has it.

Note that custom bars can easily cause Lua errors. If you need a bar that can't "run" constantly, you have to make sure it doesn't.

Movable (1.0)

Movable allows you to move just about any frame. Bind a key to it (under keybindings), then press that key to make whatever is under your mouse movable. Note that some frames may not react to this as you'd expect.
