Select Favorite Mounts (1.0.2)

This stand-alone addon allows you to set mount favorites the same way you do battle pet favorites: right-click the mount in the mount journal and Set or Remove Favorite status.

__ New in 1.0.2 __

Fix for stars sometimes being overlapped by mount icons

__ New in 1.0.1 __

Fix for "favorite" stars sometimes persisting during searches

If you use version 2.0.12 or higher of the addon Select, then you can also use /select mount:favorite as a filter to easily choose your favorite mounts in a flyout menu.

The default behavior of right-clicking a mount in the mount journal is to mount/dismount that mount. Since right-click now pops out a menu, you can double-left click to mount/dismount instead.

In combat or out the macro will now cast Commanding Shout.

You can also embed the /select within a larger macro.
Battle Pet Daily Tamer for 5.3 PTR Only (1.2.1)

Note: This is for the 5.3 PTR only. The live version for the 5.2 client is here.

Battle Pet Daily Tamer puts a familiar paw on the world map to mark where daily pet tamers are that you have not completed for the day.

Initially this addon only marks the tamers that reward pet supply satchels. You can show non-satchel pet tamers and Beasts of Fable quest objectives by enabling them in the Map Options on the world map.

Mousing over a tamer on the map will show the level of the tamer's pets and their types.

__ New in 1.2.1 __

Fix for Book II/Book III paws on world map

__ New in 1.2.0 __

Beasts of Fable is now split into three separate quests (Book I, Book II and Book III)
The option to turn paws on/off now uses the default UI's 'Show Pet Tamers' option and an added sub-menu

The 5.3 patch introduced a 'Show Pet Tamers' option to the default UI, that will mark green paws on every satchel and non-satchel pet tamer on the world map. It's a great addition to the default UI and for many it will be adequate enough that they will no longer need this addon. I recommend giving it a try on the PTR or when the patch goes live (by disabling this addon if it's already installed) to see if it will suit you.

However, the default implementation continues to show the paws after the daily is completed, it doesn't differentiate between satchel and non-satchel tamers, and it doesn't appear to support Beasts of Fable pets. So this addon will still continue to serve those roles.

Once the dust has settled from the patch, I'll be updating this again to integrate it more tightly with the default's system.

Trinket Menu (5.0.0)

Change Log:
--------------------

* 5.0.0
Updated for 5.2.
Minor fixes.
Code Cleanup.
Moved textures to "Textures" folder.
Added notification support for MSBT, Parrot, xCT, xCT+.

Description:
--------------------
This is a mod to make swapping trinkets easier. It will display your two equipped trinkets in a bar. Mouseover on either trinket will display a menu of up to 30 trinkets in your bags to swap.

Swapping/Using trinkets

Left click a trinket in the menu to equip it to the top trinket slot.
Right click a trinket in the menu to equip it to the bottom trinket slot.
Left or Right click either trinket to use them. Or make a key binding for either trinket.

Auto Queue

3.0 introduces auto trinket queues to TrinketMenu. In options you can sort a trinket slot to the order you want trinkets equipped, turn on Auto Queue for that slot (Alt+Click the trinket on the bar or check the tab in options), and the mod will automatically swap trinkets as they're used and come off cooldown.

It was (hopefully) made to be intuitive enough to use without instructions, but if wondering about specifics:

The auto queue rules are:
A trinket at 30 seconds or less cooldown is considered off cooldown.
If the currently equipped trinket is on cooldown, swap to the first available trinket not on cooldown.
If the currently equipped trinket cannot go on cooldown (passive trinkets), equip a higher ranking trinket when it comes off cooldown.
If the currently equipped trinket is ready for use, then do nothing unless a higher-ranked trinket marked 'Priority' is waiting to swap in.
If a trinket has a 'Delay' defined, then hold that trinket for its delay before swapping it out. (ie, Earthstrike for 20 seconds)
Auto queue icon colors:
A gold gear on a trinket means that auto queue is active for that slot.
A grey gear on a trinket means the equipped trinket has a delay defined and is waiting to swap out.
A red gear on a trinket means the equipped trinket is flagged 'Pause Queue' and auto queue is suspended.
Other auto queue notes:
If you use some mod to automatically swap in passive trinkets (Carrot on a Stick...

Modified Modifier (ModMod) (1.0.1)

This addon allows a key (or mouse button) to be bound for use as a fourth "modifier" key for key binding purposes.

For example, if you bind BUTTON5 to be your modifier key (ModMod Key), then bind ModMod+Q to ActionButton 7, then BUTTON5+Q will perform Action Button 7.

__ How to use __

In the default key binding interface near the end is a new binding: Modified Modifier->ModMod Key. This is where you define what your new modifier key will be.
Beside all actions in the key binding interface is a new column of grey buttons where you can bind keys to be used with this modifier.
For as long as the defined ModMod Key is down, the bindings in that new column will perform the action they're bound to.

__ Limitations __

This does not allow the use of the ModMod key to be used as a ifier in macros.
Nor does this allow the use of the ModMod key to be used for non-ModMod purposes. ie, you can't have Spacebar be your ModMod key and also continue to jump with it.
This does not work with actions not bound through the default key binding interface. That would be up to the addon author who created the custom key binding method.

__ Notes __

I recommend not using this to bind movement keys that start/stop. Releasing the modifier before the bound key will mean you won't stop because it never got the "upstroke" event.
While it's possible to bind ModMod+Left/Right-Click, I don't recommend it because the Turn/Steer can suffer the same issue as above. But it's harmless to experiment if you have a weird setup.
If you really want to bind ModMod+Left-Click, when it asks you to choose a key to bind, click elsewhere (but not a button) in the key binding interface. Left-Click on a button waiting for a bind will cancel the binding change (just like the default buttons).
The ESCape key can't be modified with the ModMod key, sorry.
There is a new file added to the folder.
It's not necessary but you may want to delete the old Adapt folder before installing this update. Two files were removed.
Settings from 1.x won't carry over.

__ FAQ __

Q: Will it work with my custom unit frames?
A: If your existing unit frames are static portraits and not models already, yes it should. The universal approach this addon takes will attempt to convert any 2d portrait texture into a 3d model (if it's bigger than 30 pixels). However, if Adapt already came with the unit frame addon or UI compilation you use, you may need to get an updated version of that addon/compilation if it made any tweaks to portraits/Adapt.

Q: It's not working or there's a bug.
A: I'd love to hear about it in the comments. Please mention what Unit Frame addon or UI compilation you use.

Q: I use circular unit frames (like default), but when I look closely the model cut off as a square! Can the model be fit into a true circle?
A: Sadly, it can't. Addons have no genuine way to mask models. For circular unit frames the model is shrunk to fit within the circle. There's not a lot of wiggle room to create a un...

Rematch (1.0.2)

Rematch is a small addon to help store and recall battle pets.

Pets are stored per target.

For instance:

When you visit Aki the Chosen, if you bring up the Rematch window and hit Save, it will record under her name the pets you have out.
When you return to Aki another day, you can target her, bring up the window and hit Load to bring those pets back.

To summon the Rematch window you can set a key binding or /rematch.

__ New in 1.0.2 __

Added "Auto Show" option
Changed UI around a bit

__ Options __

Keep First Pet
This option is for leveling pets. While this is checked, your first pet will not swap when you load pets from a saved target. Instead, only the first two saved pets will load alongside the pet you're leveling.

Auto Show
This option will make the Rematch window automatically appear when you target something for which you have saved pets, and you don't already have the pets loaded. Also, when you load pets with this option checked, the window will close after the pets load.

Battle Pet Ability Tooltips (1.0.3)

This small mod displays ability tooltips when you mouseover a pet during a pet battle.

The default UI will list each ability on a pet's tooltip and whether it's strong or weak against the current opponent. This goes a step further and displays exactly what each ability will do to its current opponent.

The primary use is for analyzing the abilities of an opponent's pets and their potential effect on your current pet. Though it can have some secondary use to see what effect your sidelined pets will have against the currently-active opponent pet.

Ember: Equipment Manager Banker (1.0.2)

Change Log:
--------------------
1.0.2, 10/11/2012: removed range slot from set tooltip
1.0.1, 06/30/2012: tested with MoP beta and updated toc
1.0.0, 01/13/2012: initial release

Description:
--------------------
Ember is a small addon that changes the behavior of the default equip manager at the bank.

The equipment manager at the bank ordinarily treats the bank like another set of bags: equipping something from the bank will swap what you were previously wearing to the bank. So once you leave the bank the previous gear is inacccessible.

Also while at the bank, right-clicking an item in your bags moves it to your next free bank space. Right-clicking an item in the bank moves it to your next free bag space.

Ember makes the equip manager behave like the latter. When you swap gear at the bank it swaps to free spaces instead of equipping them and abandoning your previously worn gear at the bank. This allows you to use the bank as a place to temporarily store gear and still swap among multiple sets out in the field.

The specific changes are:

When you hold ALT over a character sheet slot, in the flyout buttons that appear:

Green borders mean the item is equipped.
When not at the bank, the flyout button behavior is unchanged.
While at the bank:

Blue borders mean the item is banked.
Selecting a banked item will move it from bank to your bags.
Selecting an equipped or bagged item will move it to the bank.
Hitting the 'Unequip' button will empty that slot to the bank as well.

When at the equipment manager tab on your character sheet:

The set tooltip is now more descriptive and lists what's in the set.
Sets with a green title are equipped.
Sets with a red title mean at least one item is missing.
When not at the bank, the tab behavior is unchanged.
While at the bank:

Sets with a blue title are banked, meaning at least one item is in the bank.
Clicking an unbanked set will make the 'Bank' button light up. Clicking this will move the set to any available bank space.
Clicking a banked set will make the 'Withdraw' button light up. Clicking this will move the ban...

AddonUsage (1.12)

This is just a little UI for the profiling API we got back in 2.1.

To summon/dismiss the window: /addonusage

Alternately: Set up a key binding to toggle the window. To do this, hit ESC until the game menu appears, then click Key Bindings and scroll down to AddonUsage and set a binding.

Things to note:
Profiling the cpu will add overhead that can affect performance/fps of your UI. Remember to turn it off when done testing.
The cpu will include some, but often not all, of the loading time. You'll get more reliable results by hitting the reset button before testing.
Remember, when multiple mods use the same libraries, one of them will assume "ownership" of that library, skewing relative values.
It's not meant to be an advanced profiling tool. So if it seems like it's not "serious" about its job, it's because it's not.

Linkerize (2)

This is a very small addon to make clickable links paste-able into edit boxes.

Edit boxes currently supported:

Macro
Chat entry
TinyPad (if it exists)

Ordinarily, when you copy/cut a clickable link in WoW, it strips the control codes so when you paste it elsewhere it's no longer clickable. Instead of you get .

This addon will add the control codes when you paste a link you've recently copy/cut (or even seen) from one of the supported edit boxes. The upshot is that pasting links will remain clickable.

__ How it works __

Addons have no access to the clipboard or even what modifier keys are hit while an editbox has focus. It really can't tell if you've cut or pasted.

This addon does basically three things:

Notes any clickable links when an editbox gains focus or changes.
Looks for unclickable links when an editbox changes.
If it has the control codes for an unclickable link, it adds them.

This was originally for TinyPad but since that addon wasn't necessary for this function, plus it was trivial to support any editbox, and I really don't want TinyPad to affect the behavior of other parts of the UI, breaking it out into a separate addon seemed to make more sense.

__ Useless trivia about control codes you may already know __

When you see or or in WoW, it actually contains many characters you don't see, or control characters. The actual link looks something like:
|cff0070dd|Hitem:46349:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0|h|h|r

Only the bold part is displayed. The rest is hidden. All links, including achievements, quests, spells, etc, have the same format:
|c(color)|H(data)|h|h|r

Sometimes they can be very long. Here's one for Inscription:
|cffffd000|Htrade:86008:525:525:600000000FFFFFF:A//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////3/f/////f|h|h|r

That's 148 characters for what looks like 13 characters in your macro window. Which explains why you often can't cram multiple professions into a 255-character macro this way. Watch the character count at the bottom of your macro when you're pasting a profession into one to see it in effect.

__ Adding support for other edit boxes __

Post here if you'd like this to support another edit box. It's trivial to add with an edit box name.

If you want you can edit Linkerize.lua and you'll see a place at the top to add another edit box too.

If you're an addon author:

You can Linkerize:Register(editBox) at PLAYER_LOGIN or later.
Linkerize.lua is in a simple library with version checking so you can copy it to your addon's folder if you want.
If you make changes to Linkerize.lua (you're more than welcome to) then increment the version counter so yours is the one actually loads.
It's safe to register an editBox multiple times. It will only do it once.
I have no delusions that any addon author would actually use this. Just throwing it out there!
But the addon Linkerize will allow cut/pasting links with control codes.
Links may display only a handful of characters, but they have many hidden control characters (especially tradeskills). The EditBox is not intended to handle massive amounts of text, so keep that in mind if trying to cram the entire contents of AtlasLoot into one page.

__ Notes __
Searches are case insensitive.
You can bind a key to search.
Pages aren't "saved" until you leave the page, so expect Search to not find new stuff on your current page.
While locked, the window won't go away with ESC, but you can still toggle it with /pad or a key binding.
You can also run pages with /run TinyPad.Run(page)
You can add a page with TinyPad.Insert("text here adds a new page")
You can delete multiple pages with TinyPad.DeletePagesContaining("regex") NOTE: be careful with...

Ember: Equipment Manager Banker (1.0.1)

Clicking this will move the set to any available bank space.
Clicking a banked set will make the 'Withdraw' button light up. Clicking this will move the banked items to any available bag space.
Double-clicking a set will either bank or withdraw depending on its banked status.
If an item in a set going to the bank is shared with other non-banked sets, it will not go to the bank. It will only bank when all the other sets that contain this item are banked. You can hold CTRL while swapping to override this behavior.
This is Possessions for 4.2 with void storage support added.

Kewi or Siz or anyone that they give the nod for further maintenance is welcome to incorporate the changes and call it their own. Or scrap it all and add their own void storage method. I have no plans to maintain/support Possessions myself.

What this optional patch does:

The keyring is repurposed to void storage. If you have old keyring data it will even show up in void storage until you visit a void storage vendor.

Nothing else was changed, not even the version number. Any non-keyring behavior you're seeing in your current Possessions for 4.2 is unlikely to change with this.

OnEventWatch (1.2)

This mod estimates how long each frame's OnEvent takes to run.

__ New in 1.2 __

- Removed redundant 'Refresh' button
- Separated 'Stop' and 'Reset' buttons
- MyMinimapButton change for 1.10.2
- Events shift+clickable to chat (see below)

To use: /onevent

When you first do /onevent, it enumerates all frames and notes those with an OnEvent handler. It then wraps those OnEvent handlers with a debugprofilestart()/debugprofilestop() to estimate the time it took for the OnEvent to run.

Due to the microscopic times involved, the estimate should be taken as a comparative guide and not a definitive measurement.

All further /onevent will toggle the event tracking window. This window displays a list of all frames that received an event, those events and the estimated total and average time to process them.

You can search by frame name or event name (partials are fine) in the editboxes at the bottom of the window.

As with all profiling mods, don't use this as a sole meter for mod performance. There are many, many other things going on in mods besides OnEvent.

The minimap button serves two purposes: As a reminder that OnEventWatch is running, and as a convenient way to toggle the list without a slash command. If you'd rather not have it, you can delete the MyMinimapButton.lua file and it won't be created.

re Events shift+clickable: If the ChatFrameEditBox is open, shift+click on an event will insert that event's stats to the edit box, mostly to ctrl+c for comparison purposes (or to bore your guildmates).

1.2, 5/4/06 - made 'refresh' to 'stop', MyMinimapButton 0.7, events "linkable" to chat editbox
1.1, 4/16/06 - removed garbage creation on sorts, added minimap button, continually update list
1.0, 4/14/06 - initial release
