Karma (player tracking/LFG tool) (30300.06)

Change Log:
--------------------
(older entries are now in Changelog.txt in the archive)

** Remember to backup your WTF folder regularly! **

20091212 (v30300.01): >>
Changes:
- added instance "size" to region tracking
- quest type "log" is no longer tracked (typically, this is a "talk to $Foo" quest that's 'completed' when you get it)
- pvp areas are no longer tracked

Fixes:
- some issues around quest/region/zone tracking (hopefully) fixed
<< (v30300.01): 20091212

20091215 (v30300.02): >>
New:
- tracking the zone you see first after joining someone (to track pvp joins)
- new clear option to remove those who joined you first in pvp zones (defaults to enabled)

Changes:
- sharing: less spammy
- UI: replaced the two buttons for tracked/other data with tab buttons

Fixes:
- sharing: added checks for empty channel name
<< (v30300.02): 20091215

20091224 (v30300.03): >>
Changes:
- moved cutthroat achievement status to secondary window
- db cleansing: "remove cross-server" now defaults to *no*
- added Isle of Conquest to list of BGs
- target frame coloring: darkened the background color a bit to yield a stronger contrast for the name

Internal:
- also storing the English version of race+class now to further improve conflict management

Fixes:
- adapted to Blizzard's rename of "TargetName" (bug reported by uu-Oxor)
<< (v30300.03): 20091224

20091227 (v30300.04): >>
New:
- added an option to disable tracking of the cutthroat achievement

Changes:
- target change should now immediately recolor, if that's enabled

Fixes:
- removed duplicate use of now invalid "TargetName" (bug reported by Maischter)
<< (v30300.04): 20091227

20100101 (v30300.05): >>
Changes:
- dropping incomplete sharequeries when party member is dropped
- *adapting the interface options window to the Karma options entries size
- *titles of tracked lists are not overlapping any longer
(* polishing requests by uu-Oxor)
<< (v30300.05): 20100101

20100104 (v30300.06): >>
New:
- so...

Description:
--------------------
(Karma was originally created by Aveasau, and first resurrected by Endareth, and currently kept alive by Kärbär from EU-Proudmoore)

NOTE (for users upgrading from versions before 20400.x):
If your minimap icon got messed up by simpleMinimap or similar, issue a "/karma resetgui" to reset the icon. It should now be compatible with that *censored* of an AddOn.

=== === === === === === === === === === === === === === === === === ===

Karma - player tracking
-----------------------------

If you know you met this player once before but can't remember if s/he was good or bad... Karma is for you.

Karma allows you to track where you hung around with other people, what quests you completed (or just made progress) with them, and you can add notes for specific information worth remembering (the good, the bad and the ugly...)
And the Karma value is for your overall impression, how much you liked grouping with them. (E.g. you can sort the list of people you met by the Karma value, so the "nicer" people are listed first.)

It adds a minimap button which you can left-click to open the main window, middle-click to open the new LFM window. (You can also configure a key mapping for that in the normal keyboard configuration of WoW. Personally, I use shift-K/shift-L.)

It also got some LDB support in version 30102.D (but I never tried it on large raids to see if the tooltip is not too large - your mileage may vary).

(KarmaTrans is a helper AddOn to store extra stuff. You don't need to enable it usually.)

-------------------

TW translation: Thanks to SuKai (first added in 30000.C, most recently updated in 30200.02)

P.S.: If you are willing to contribute a translation (frFR, or Asian languages), don't hesitate to contact me... :-)

--------------------

I added a signature to the files. See Signatures.txt in the archive. Here's the complementary key:
SaneLFG (fine tuning for the LFG window) (30200.15)

Change Log:
--------------------
(see Changelog.txt in archive for older entries)

30200.09:
- Pause status is now stored per char instead of globally
- added cycling through stored LFG set
- fixed incomplete level-up handling when in Pause mode
- initializing to "all" now also happens if started in Pause mode
- if a comment is set, a small "+" is shown left of the level column
- on only viewing groups, the member # has been corrected to the original position
- SaneLFG LFM entry tooltip: added an option to always use this routine, even if not in full mixed mode
- SaneLFG LFM entry tooltip: comment color can be set (to differentiate it more clearly)
- cycle tooltip: now shows immediately the first time you hover over the button, the following times delayed 5 seconds
- added the cycling function in key bindings

30200.10:
- heroic instance names should now be properly setup
- added output to LFM restore to inform the user if LFGQuery() could (not) be sent

30200.11:
- after leaving a party, the restore is now delayed by 30 seconds
- when paused, a tooltip on the button on the LFG tab indicates which state will be restored
- tooltips: should now output " -- none -- " for no selection (instead of ?0)
- corrected a bug when checking if all LFG data is available
- full-mixed-mode: cycle button can now work off the custom LFM set
- full-mixed-mode: now honors role filters
- full-mixed-mode: fixed not functioning scrolling

30200.12:
- colorization: dungeons/raids that are currently in lockout are colored red
- menu: separators now state what the scope of the next block of options is (global/per char)
- menu: option for cycling in mixed mode named more clearly

30200.13:
- lockout colorization: now also for the LFM tab
- workaround #3 for Blizzard's inconsistency in lockout name vs. LFG name of a dungeon...

30200.14:
- workaround #4 for Blizzard's inconsistency in lockout name vs. LFG name of a dungeon...

30200.15:
- added new per-char option "On login, start with...

Description:
--------------------
A smallish addon that started out with a third option in the LFM window (players/groups selection, added "all"), but then grew into sticky LFG/LFM while relogging, dinging and grouping with the option (via button on the LFG pane) of pausing your LFG/LFM choice and restoring it to the previous setting with one click.

It also tries to parse the comment of groups for "# heal"/"heal"/"# tank"/"tank"/"# dps"/"dps" and fills that into the columns. (And it parses a special comment "?D#T#H#-" into the columns, but doesn't offer a way yet to set that up via buttons...)

   WARNING:
This addon does inevitably cause taint and blocked action messages due to Blizzard's (still faulty) dropdown menu implementation. There's nothing about it that I can do besides completely duplicating the whole LFG interface, and that's currently quite some more work than I'm willing to put into this.
It seems that you can avoid being blocked on all other unit frames by being blocked on one, therefore I suggest to focus *yourself* (with the menu of your player frame) to force the Blizzard code to initialize itself properly - then your target/party/raid frames should be working.

FLFTAQ (Frequently lazily failed-to-ask question):
"I just want the 'all' thing, can I avoid the other stuff?"
If you enable the storing of pause mode across sessions (with '/sanelfg config pausesave' or the cycle button menu), clear your LFM and your LFG choices, and then enable pause with an empty LFG/LFM sheet, then it won't do anything further besides the 'all' feature.

Future plan: Include a more comprehensive mixed mode where you select *multiple* dungeons and *all* are shown. (I.e.: Looking for trial of the crusader, normal or hero => show all groups for both.) This is not that simple due to some restrictions on the server side (hardware event requirement).

CommonersQuest (quests from players for players) (30200.03)

Change Log:
--------------------
(See Changes.txt for older entries.)

30103.F (20090726):
- 30103.B also fixed a bug in "Survive" requirements (missing in changelog)
- riddle: new requirement "solve a riddle, textual answer" (implementation not yet complete)
- riddle: answer button available in progress frame (also planned in questlog)
- riddle: unsolved issue of missing forward encryption to check for valid answer without the quest giver unsolved yet
- questlog: questlog is now opened even if empty
- quest editing: enabled quests were accidently immediately locked, fixed
- main edit window: "invalid quest" color wins now over "enabled/disabled quest" color in quest title

30103.10 (20090729):
- item information is now stored per server/faction instead of globally
- encrypted quests: quests can be encrypted, so one can share to multiple people without anyone getting a head start (the decryption key is shouted)
- encrypted quests: older versions won't be able to receive encrypted quests (and wouldn't know what to do with them anyways...)
- fixed error message for quest giving refused due to not enough items in your inventory to hand out the rewards
- riddle: almost complete to work :) can now be modified with middle-click, and the solution can be set as well...
- due to riddle, slight change in quest information transferral, older versions won't be able to receive quests with riddle requirement
- quest validation is a tiny bit more informative

30103.11 (20090730):
- fixed some bugs in quest validation
- riddle: requirement can now be completed
- riddle: added lockout time (at least one minute) for the taker to try another answer after a wrong one
- quest without binding item: halfway there, missing some of the complicated part (final trade)

30200.01 (20090810):
- .TOC bump
- adapted to new dual-pane questlog
- more progress with quests without binding item
- duel: outcome works now also with non-target duels
- trade: more checks to avoid the wrong quest/trade combin...

Description:
--------------------
(Idea inspired by the existance of the abandonned MyQuest@WoW-UI.)

CommonersQuest by Kärbär@EU-Proudmoore

This is a still pretty 'raw' first attempt for "hand-made" quests. The new edit window smoothens that out some though. :)

TO SEE ANYTHING YOU *NEED* AN LDB DISPLAY ADDON. Possible choices are e.g. Ninjapanel, Carousel, StatBlockCore or Fortress (my favorite), but there are probably others as well. (If you installed one of them and still don't see a yellow ? somewhere, make sure CommonersQuest is enabled, it currently defaults to DISABLED.)

ANY TEST REPORTS ARE WELCOME! (Except reporting that the addon is clunky and spams too much currently... I am well aware of that.)
To generate useful test reports, it's necessary to *see* if any error happens and where exactly the error happened. Therefore the interface option Interface->Help->Show Lua errors should be activated to answer the "if" part. It is also advisable to install Bugsack to have an interface to manage the errors and properly answer the "where" part. Should some error show up (and this is currently likely due to the beta stage), the *first* error should be posted.

Sensible suggestions are as well welcome, unless they involve support for cross-faction pvp (duels are not pvp).

STATUS:
- a full cycle has been tested and completed successfully with v30103.4 :) (which doesn't mean that it won't break from version to version... I'm not thoroughly testing every element after changing something at this stage of development)
- two full cycles have been tested and completed with v30200.02! (one quest with an...

Bokenspiel 1.1.0 - Keyboards (for Bokenspeil )

THIS IS NOT AN ADDON BY ITSELF.
This is a unified diff, so you'll have to patch Bokenspeil with it to get any use out of this.

This patch primarily does the following to Bokenspeil:
- extract the current keyboard into an extra file
- add two more keyboards
- add a command to select keyboards

It also does:
- list avaiable commands when an unknown is given
- allow /bspiel as command (for us Germans who have trouble mistyping spiel as speil...)
- hook the piano frame into UISpecialFrames to make it closeable with ESC (and on closing close related frames, like the close button itself)
- move the piano frame 200 pixels up (if you - like me and many others - have unit frames at the base of your characters, the piano *partly* overlays and *partly* is covered, rendering both in a weird looking result)
