Here is a fixed version which no longer uses :SetScript() on nameplates which was causing all other add-ons using nameplates to fail... (it uses :HookScript() instead)

This addon is causing severe problems to show up in Aloft. Aloft works fine until this addon is enabled and combat is entered. Then all kinds of visual artifacts and bugs pop out of the name plates. Nothing is showing up in BugSack though so it's very confusing.

I've returned to old version . The new borders are too white. And whats happend with transparation of icons? Why are they turning to white-ish color for players without target? It's almost imposible to see the icon self.

If you wanna see "Blink" CD.
Open IcicleOpt.lua with Notepad, then find section "local cooldowns"
and add to mages section this " = 15,--Blink"
It will looks like that:

= 15,--Blink
= 90, --Arcane Power
= 20, --Dragons Breath
= 180, --Icy Veins
= 20, --Frostjaw
= 30, --Ring of Frost
= 180, --Cold Snap
= 20, --Counterspell
