Hmmm, well this is most annoying. Unfortunately I need an error message to investigate as my map is working flawlessly (ignoring the known issues with the small world map and Isle of Thunder fog clear stuff).

I am having the same problem with the map, when i press M it clears all screen just like when you do ctrl + alt + Z. If i open the map settings and change something it works again like other guy just said below, but after 5mins it is bugged again.

And no, i don't use mapster, just same addons i always used.

I love this UI !!!!

I was wondering if its possible to switch the direction of the targets cast bar... currently its only allows for a cast bar to go from left to right, I would like to have mine set going from right to left... is there any way to do this or possibly add it in.. Thanks
I don't think this option exists. I'm trying to stabilize the code with v3.8.0 and focus on bug fixes but will see if this is an easy change to implement.

For anyone with issues opening your map as of 5.3 I found that by going to the LUI options on the top right, going to the world map section and simply adjusting any of the map settings (i usually just slide the map size slider one direction and back to its original location) will then allow you to open the map again. Not sure why this works but until they get a fix for this it works for now. When I relog i found I sometimes had to do this again.
Really? Hmm .. unfortunately without an error there isn't much for me to investigate. :(

The map has worked without issue for me so I have no idea at all what could be going on.

LUI v3.8.0 should now show up in the Curse client for download. We'll get WoWI updated in the near future.

A new release version will be out soon. Until then the world map will not work. You can use the latest alpha version in the meantime.

If you use the Curse Client, right click "LUI Core" and select "Preferred Release Type", choose "Alpha" then refresh and update again.

Is there anyway that you can make skada look built in like recount does inside a frame? Or am I doing something wrong here. http://i.imgur.com/uNj7DPq.jpg it just doesnt look very good. Recount is all built in. Thanks
I'll see what I can about positioning, but to fix it you can do:
- /lui
- Select "Frames" on the left
- Select the "Dps" tab on the right
- Change the "Offset X" and "Offset Y" values until the top is right, then resize the Skada window

There is an issue with Frost and Unholy runes in the latest alpha update. It's being worked on at the moment.
This should now be fixed in the latest alpha (r597). It also fixed a couple of other rune bugs that have probably been around for a long time!

Hey guys. Thanks for the UI! Its really nice. Quick question, is there anyway to disable the nameplates and use something else like Tidyplates? If I wanted to use that addon instead.
Yes. You can disable any part of LUI by:
- /lui
- Click on the actual word "Modules:" (not the module you want to disable, the actual word Modules).
- Click the button for the addon you want to disable (Nameplates)

As the Nameplates module isn't the latest API you'll be prompted to reload. Accept.

LUI uses the oUF framework for the unit frames - and they haven't added absorbs to the current stable version yet (as it is an API update), however there is a patch for the current version which I have started looking at and do want to get added soon.

Hi, love the suite, however I'm use to using pitbull and being able to see the amount left of a shield added to the players unit frame... Friendly or enemy. I've looked all over the LUI options and blizzards interface options and I've drawing a blank.

I'm having an issue where Bar 10 is disappearing.
Yep, this should be the solution (at least it was for me). Do the following:
- /bt
- select "Bar 10" on the left
- make sure you're on the "General" tab on the right
- change the "Alpha" slider to 100%.

It'll still disappear when you close the slider, but since I did the above it won't disappear at random times (zoning, pet battles, etc).
