may i have your addon list?
When I load up AWP I don't have any other addons loaded, as in that screenshot I posted.

I'm still getting the scrollbar issue, so I keep reverting to version 1.9. Every time I load up a new version I delete the AWP settings in the WTF folder so it is a fresh install.

may i have your addon list?

The window size in the version 1.6 of the file was found to be bigger.
How can I get the window size back to the one at the version 1.5?

open the file core.lua and add this line at the end of the file.

AWP:SetScale(.853)

i'll change the size back in the next update.

Is there or will there be a way to lock addons that are always a part of every profile? I see that !AWP is locked, and for good reason. Can the ability be extended to other addons?

Is it me, or are AddOn Profiles not account-wide?
If not, please make an option for it :-) Will make it much easier to make an alt with a 'Leveling' profile.

Just open the file !AWP.toc

find this ## SavedVariablesPerCharacter: AWPDB
then change to ## SavedVariables: AWPDB

EDIT!!! I might have to take back what I just said (below (now deleted)). It seemed to work fine, until I logged off the first server I tried it on and logged onto another server. The SavedVariables file !AWP.lua looks like it was reset to default!!! That means no profiles; all the new ones I made after making the toc file change (above) are gone.

EDIT 2: I tried to duplicate the resetting of the saved variables, but so far not. Is there a limit to the number of profiles saved? I ask because when the reset DID happen, I was up to 7 profiles. In trying to duplicate it I have switched between servers several times, making new profiles on both. I am up to 5 profiles now.

EDIT 3: I did duplicate it. Still with the 5 profiles as described above, I quit WoW, then started WoW again. I logged on one server and on a Warrior character I have. I checked for the AWP profiles: all 5 are there.
I logged off the Warrior and on a Priest on the same server, checked AWP: the profiles are all gone! Looking at the SavedVariables folder, the !AWP.lua file is gone; only the !AWP.lua.bak is there, with no profile text.
I guess its time for a problem ticket.

but i have a test profile named "p v p" works fine.

Then I have no idea, it just worked w/o errors now, thanks anyways
