do lemme know if you manage to fix it, i'd be able to use the G-keys then for my bottom left AB and no longer needing to click on it :)

I just tested this a few minutes ago with my G11, and binding was working fine. Have you made sure to set the keyboard to specific binds, before trying to bind keys? Even with addons, WoW does not recognize most mice with many buttons, or keyboards with extra keys, unless you've set them to specific binds in the drivers first.

doesnt work. If you enter /hb or /hoverbind and press enter nothing happens. the command just stays in the input box. So i can't know if it will work on my G15 (blue version)

edit: ncHoverBind.lua

find line # 242 (use notepad++)

line should read:

local stance = ShapeshiftButton1:GetScript("OnClick")

change to:

local stance = StanceButton1:GetScript("OnClick")

I'm using 4.3 version and this made nchoverbind work for me for the new patch.

This was already done, and was tested/working fine on the beta before I uploaded it. I've been taking a break until MoP releases, so won't be able to test further until then.

I'm about to try it, so will soon know, but does it emote AT the killed person?

If not, could it?

It currently does not emote AT the person, though that is on the to do list. I've had little time to do much other than update for MOP, so there's no ETA on when this would be added.

Hey, I was going to write a very similar add-on called CockyHealer that added random messages to the party/raid frame whenever a healer got a killing blow, but it looks like most of the coding has already been done here. Perhaps you could add to this or release CockyHealer yourself if you wanted? Just an idea. If you would rather not take on CockyHealer at all, would you be open to me basically using all of your code for it? :)

I would be interested in doing that, but time is a major issue lately. That being said, I have no problem with anybody using anything I've uploaded as a base for something else.

Though may I suggest you use AfterKill, instead? It actually has half of what you're looking to do already implemented, short of healer detection. :)

me again :)

was wondering if having the emote trigger off when you kill someone instead of having no target at all would be possible?

thanks for the addon been having fun with it in bg's :D

Once I figure out how to get DoEmote to work the way I originally intended, it'll be an easy addition.

Thanks for making this addon for me dude it's awesome!
P.S. how do i get it to do random messages? such as "Ownage!"
(I all ready added the Ownage! one by the way!) but how do i make it do random sayings? like "Pwned!" and "BooYah!"?

I'll add a config for customized emotes, and messages and have it uploaded tonight after I finish a few things up.

i was thinking that you could make this the addon note? Notes: This addon sends a Custom Announcement Message after getting a killing blow on an enemy player.

Can do, will change it with the next revision.
