When you're resizing the Titan Bars, nUI should automatically detect the changes and adjust itself. If it doesn't, you might try saving your Titan changes, then doing a '/nui rl/ to reload the UI and see if nUI fixes itself on the reload.

As for the info panels... you only need to install *either* the nUI_InfoPanel_Stats *or* the nUI_InfoPanel_DualStats plugin if you want to combine Recount and Omen3 into the same info panel page. Otherwise, nUI will detect Recount and Omen automatically and insert them into the info panel each on their own page. As an alternative, you can also try Skada in place of all of the above... it does threat and damage and displays them both in a single info panel page using one single addon.
