Okay, I did some digging, and I think I know what's going on. It seems to be a misinteraction with tekAutoRep.

What seems to be happening, is that tekAutoRep:tekAutoRep_NewFaction now takes a faction *name* as an argument, rather than an index. FuXPFu hooks that call, but expects an index instead of a faction name. So in the end FuXP.db.profile.Faction gets set to a name ("Cenarion Circle") instead of an index, which ends up making the GetFactionInfo() call fail.

So, assuming that analysis is correct, any chance of fixing things up? My ModFu is not good enough to formulate the *correct* solution to this problem.

Thanks!

Okay, as of latest svn (r25006) this is still happening. It doesn't happen *all* the time, but pretty regularly. If it does happen, I can usually /reloadui and have it work, but that doesn't seem to be 100% guaranteed.

Everything else still seems to work, just the tooltip doesn't.

Try setting the Orientation to Horizontal and see if that fixes the issue.

The problem was my own stupidity. I'd set bag 4 to ignore on an alt where I still use Bagnon and forgot that MrPlow/FuBar settings are global and not char specific. Once I removed the ignore everything worked just fine. Sorry for wasting your time.

Hiding xp bar? - Right - disabling and...

Right - disabling and enabling the plugin does indeed hide the default xp bar. Definitely looks like some other mod is showing it again... especially since the spacing goes a bit wonky on disabling/enabling.

Basically, on first load, the bar's there, spacing's fine. Disable the plugin, bar's still there, but everything above the bar moves up for an amount of empty space equalling the default xp bar's thickness (almost as if it was adjusting to re-show it)... and once (just once, couldn't reproduce again no matter how many enables/disables cycles I did) I got a "ghost" xp bar above the normal one - normal one worked fine but lost its rested xp marker, and there was another bar over it, semi-transparent purple, and when mouseovered it showed entirely wonky numbers. Re-enable the plugin, bar hides properly (though there's a bar's height of empty space where it used to be - not sure if this is normal behavior or not, just mentioning it just in case, as I've never seen the hiding work properly so I dunno what normal behavior is ^^).

List of mods I'm using... this is just a screenshot of my addons folder, if you want more detailed info / link to a specific mod / etc, just say :)

Here. Blanked-out stuff is 1. default Blizzard UI stuff, and 2. mods that aren't active anyway and I really should remember to just delete.

If you could, that would help a lot =) All I'm doing is calling Hide() on the various bars at load.

Also, try disable/enabling the plugin once everything is loaded and see if it hides it properly. If so, then yes, another addon would be re-showing it after FuXP does the hiding.
