InFlight 

InFlight works great together with Flight Map for added functionality! It's latest version isn't available on WowInterface unfortunately, but it can be downloaded from http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/flight-map.

I've made the following changes to my own copy of InFlight, the first of which converts guild perk flight times to normal flight times (for database purposes), the second which displays the proper time on the flight bar with the guild perk, and the last which corrects the flight map tooltip to respect the "Factor Guild Perk" option for flight times.

I've tested this with a character in a 21+ guild and one that wasn't and it seems to be recording all flight path times correctly for both characters. One final note here: it appears that free flight paths, typically from the first town to major city (Goldshire to Stormwind, etc), do NOT have the guild perk applied to them, so your times are going to be weird for them.

EDIT: Did some more testing and changed the math to actually be accurate. Added free flight path note.

If it can't be solved accurately with an equation, the easiest solution is to save both values.

No new flight times are saving for me either.

Same problem here. But I noticed sometimes is save the time of a previous flight :
1/ it seems you need to leave / get back into the game for flight time to be dispalyed
2/ Some durations appears within the flightmap but I still have the unknow flight time counter on taxi.

A last point : first time I used inflight there was a flight timer, but since a UI reload due to changes in coifguration (added guild perk and save char) I always have xx / ?? merssage when using flights.

I've taken many trips and it is not save the times.

When I enable the "Calculate using Guild Perk" option, I cannot even fly away on a flight master....

There's a checkbox when you update an addon to indicate it works with the latest game version, slash now there are even 5 (additional ones for previous patches, though I don't see any need for those except for players on private servers)

So I guess totalpackage just forgot to tick it

More just a curiousity than anything...is there a reason this addon doesn't have the 5.0.4 designation that WowInterface gives up to date addons? It's up to date, after all. Noticed it didn't have one for 4.3 either. Just an oddity I noticed. Thanks for updating.

Of course, that's how the addon got most of the data - while the number of possible routes is finite, it's exponential, so even a bunch of authors would spend a lot of time trying them out and stop the time by hand

While this has recently been updated to work with the latest 5.x patch, I find it annoying that there are still places in WoW from the old BC and LK content that does not have timer info. Instead of giving an ETA it just displays ??. I can understand this happening on the newer content, but BC/LK has been around for ages now. I can't be the only one that's ever provided this feedback or been annoyed with it. I

Is there a place w/in the addon one can simply go update that information themselves? Or can you make the programming so that when someone flies someplace new that's not in the addon that it records the time, and then logs it. I'm not a programmer so I don't know if it's possible to make the addon actually learn new flight paths.
