Welcome to my custom user interface.
I use an ultrawidescreen monitor with a 3440x1440 resolution.

You can use a different resolution. Just resize and move frames and backgrounds.

Installation
- Backup your interface + WTF folders!
- Extract the zip file, you will find three folders: Interface, WTF, Fonts
- go to path: WTF -> Accounts
- change ACCOUNT to your own accountname in caps
- go inside the your accountname folder, and change Server to your Servername
- go inside your server folder and change Character to the name of your toon
- Then you copy my WTF, Fonts and Interface folder into your wow directory. Replace all files.
- If you start the game, load all addons and skip eltruism installer.
- Only load character and chat cvars from elv_ui installer
- then load *CaithUI*profiles from Details, Plater, Masque and Gladdy manually:
- /details config
- /plater
- /masque
- /gladdy config (only for cata)

Then open up ElvUI and import the following strings:

I really like this ui, but no matter what i cant get it to work. First of all, reflux doesnt load correctly profile no matter what i do. Second, bunch of lua errors. Everytime i change target i receive lua error. No DK runes. No palas HP. No matter how many times i tried to reset it, and installing it again, i end up with this after loading profile in Reflux http://i.imgur.com/gX4Tb.jpg Thx in advance. Caith just curious if you still have your untested/unfinished files for the Grid changes you made here that you could upload.
I've managed to maintain this package while keeping basically everything updated as per: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idRMigKhpts however I've always wanted to use Grid instead of PB's raid bars.
If you still have the files and don't mind sharing it would be much appreciated

You can update Quartz, but because the addon got changed you will lose all your settings. I would recommend updating it sooner or later because the old version gives errors. What I did was make screenshots of all my castbars 'in action' and of the setting windows for your active bars. Filling in the same values in the new version will still yield the same results, it's just saved in a different manner I guess. It takes some time but you can rebuild it accurately. Make sure to save your settings as a profile named "CaithUI" so it works with Reflux.

After this you will have to restore KGPanels, because the new quartz frames have different names than the old ones. You can use the following command to find these names, just hold your mouse over the bar when it's unlocked (important, doesn't work otherwise) and throw this in chat:

/run ChatFrame1:AddMessage(GetMouseFocus():GetName())

That should give you the name of the frame you need to anchor your KGPanels to, you'll need to do it for the following: focus1, focus2 (focus cast bar), left1 (player cast bar), right1 (target cast bar), petcast 1 and petcast2 (pet cast bar).

After that you might need to disable Quartz options like "buff" to get rid of some extra bars that Caith didn't have on I believe.

This should give you a new, bug-free Quartz with the exact same looks and functionality as the old one. Be sure to make a backup of your old Quartz interface and WTF files before you start on this though, so you can always switch back if something goes wrong.

Just keep your AddOns up to date. Don't use Curse automatic updater cause it screws everything up... I use WoWMatrix and it works fine for me. but does anyone know how Caith added the Warlock soul shards to his PitBull 4 UI? I really want to use that in my older CaithUI setup
