Version: Cataclysm
by: Caith [More]

Welcome to my custom user interface.
I use an ultrawidescreen monitor with a 3440x1440 resolution.

You can use a different resolution. Just resize and move frames and backgrounds.

Video showcase and tutorials

Installation
- Backup your interface + WTF folders!
- Extract the zip file, you will find three folders: Interface, WTF, Fonts
- go to path: WTF -> Accounts
- change ACCOUNT to your own accountname in caps
- go inside the your accountname folder, and change Server to your Servername
- go inside your server folder and change Character to the name of your toon
- Then you copy my WTF, Fonts and Interface folder into your wow directory. Replace all files.
- If you start the game, load all addons and skip eltruism installer.
- Only load character and chat cvars from elv_ui installer
- then load *CaithUI*profiles from Details, Plater, Masque and Gladdy manually:
- /details config
- /plater
- /masque
- /gladdy config (only for cata)

Then open up ElvUI and import the following strings:

Quick question for anyone that can help. The config.wtf file seems to be missing from my WTF folder. Any advice?
Is has to be there. Because everytime you login, the file will be created.
And I'm sure that you DID EVERYTHING LAIK AI SAID .. for example:
2. Go into your normal World of Warcraft directory. Backup there your interface and wtf folder. Then delete only your interface folder.
So your wtf-folder has to be there.

/quartz -> to change the castbars
/kgpanels config -> active panels -> change the black frames (each frame consists of 3 panels)
/pb -> groups -> choose party C as current group -> scroll to 'show when in' -> disable 10-man raid, 25-man raid, 40-man raid

Hello Caith, i really love your UI, and i use it... but i got some small issues, i don't know how to move my casting bars. And these black boxes in right and left of the screen, can i make them bigger or move them? How do i hide my party while in raid?

My UI is imho not good for a healing specc class in raids.
I would move the whole raidframe to the center and build my UI around that.

However .. lol pve .. lol healing .. ^^

One big change with the newer releases of Pitbull 4 is that LuaText is now the default over DogTags. According to Shefki, LuaText is "Faster. PB4+DogTagTexts uses about 3 times as much CPU time as PB4+LuaTexts in my testing" The one drawback is that the texts need to be redone in LUAText which has different formatting than the old dogtags.

For those users who keep their PitBull 4 versions up to date, you might see your text go all weird, this is because of the change to the default text parser. You can re-enable DogTags under the modules menu and disable LuaTexts, of course, if someone wants to convert the current DogTags to LuaText, that would be awesome too, as the LuaText is supposed to be better (see above).
