QuestGuru is a Quest Log Enhancer.
If you are looking for the "Classic" version of QuestGuru click QuestGuru_Classic
I have split off QuestGuru and QuestGuru Sounds into two separate addons that don't rely on each other so that the community that really missed the sounds can have them with me delaying them because of the qork being done on QuestGuru. I hope this makes at least some people happy.
You can click > QuestGuru Sounds
Note: If you like this addon, please "Like it" on Curse.com.
All Donations support me and I thank you in advance for it.

Keyboard Interaction Fails
Excellent Post.
I will look into it. When you say you rolled back to the 12/5 QGT_Quests.lua file, do you mean just the one file, or the whole AddOn? Did you post a Bug in the tracker? -g |

Odd QuestGuru Tracker Issue
After 4.3, I started noticing a strange issue that I only last night narrowed down to QuestGuru. Specifically, it only occurs when I have QuestGuru Tracker enabled in the addons. Having just QuestGuru turned on doesn't cause the issue. Whenever I log into the game, on any character AFTER the FIRST character I log into that session, I am unable to move my character using the keyboard, or move the camera with the mouse. I cannot hit Enter to access the chatbox (I have to click on it manually). It's like I'm frozen in place. Doing a /reload makes the issue go away.
At first, I thought it was related to Auctioneer, and for a while I was just putting up with it. But last night I had to do a lot of logging in and out of various characters for Winter Veil stuff and it finally started getting on my nerves, so I started removing addons one by one to narrow it down. QuestGuru Tracker will make it happen both with other addons or when it's the only addon enabled. I updated to the latest version last night and the problem still occurred. I even completely removed the addon and reinstalled it, to no avail. Edit: I noticed upon logging in that the reason I couldn't move or use the keyboard or mouse was because my keybindings weren't loading at all. Then I was looking at old updates for the addon, in the changelog, and I saw this: "* Fixed an issue in QGT_Quests.lua where SaveBindings sometimes received an invalid value because GetCurrentBindingSet() would return nil" - is it possible this issue is still occurring in some way? Edit #2: I rolled back to the December 5th version of the QGT_Quests.lua file and while I do get an error message upon logging in, I'm able to move my character, the camera, and use all my other keybinds as normal.

Would you mind posting that as a feature request?
I've got the bug and feature request sections working now I believe. Just to let you know, it may be a while before I do such a thing. I'm really green at this stuff. -g EDIT: I grabbed the code for JasonQuest so I could look at it. The code is circa 2008.

Random Request since you've made my favorite quest tracker start working again:
Ability to have a second, movable frame that tracks Party member's quests (Basically I really miss JasonQuest, too) http://www.wowinterface.com/download...asonQuest.html |

Yeah, I'm getting those things fixed. Because I took over an existing project the admins here (all of whom have been great) have been switching stuff over so I can have full author access to the Addon.
Just got the portal today there are a few more things to get straight but looks like it's coming along. I cannot stress enough how much the addon has meant to me over the years. If MrObrien should ever come back, I'll be happy to hand the reigns over as he really knows the code and I'm just a duffer. -g |

Right here for right now.
I would prefer that Wow Interface had a ticket tracker, but if it does I haven't found it yet. -g |

Bug/Feature quests reports
Where would you like bug reports & feature requests to be filed?
I was thinking of using the Curse tracker, but you are using wowinterface for development, so I didn't know if you had a preference. Thanks for taking over the mod! |

Ok Murphy, leave off.
I've run the change I made for a month. No problem. I publish the change and bang! I get that same bug pop up in QuestGuru_Tracker\QGT_Quests.lua file in line 107. Apparently the GetCurrentBindingSet can return other than nil, 1 or 2 despite documentation that says only 1 or 2 can come back. I redid that code test a couple of ways and came up with something that should work. If GetCurrentBindingSet() == 2, then set to 2, else set to 1. I'll upload a new update here in a few moments. -g |
