LUI v2211 Dragonflight 10.0.2 Edition, with new versioning
Important:
- For technical support please go to the LUI Discord Server
To access the Twitter integration stuff, either disable the Chat module or type /share
If you are doing a new install and you see that the frames are overlapping, or unaligned, you need to move the frames yourself:
Chat (BottomLeft): Go over it and right click on "General" tab of the chat frame, click Unlock Window and drag the tab around until you have the frame in a position you like.
Omen (MiddleLeft): Type "/omen config" (without quotes) and uncheck Lock Omen, drag it around, once you're done, check Lock Omen again.
Recount (MiddleRight) Type "/recount config" (without quotes) and go to Window and uncheck Lock Window. Move it around, and lock it back up when you're done. You're free to re-enable the Report, File, Config icons if you want.
Raid (BottomRight): Type "/lui", go in Unitframes and change the Raid settings. Then move the lone raid frame with your name around. You may need to reload UI for changes to apply (Fix pending)

Good to hear.. i can't wait for it.
Just a few tips .. since long time blizzard along with patches brought several problems for users (not every user but a great number). One of those problems is disconnects on raids and the huge FPS loss. I made some research since i experienced some problems myself, and i found out both by reading and experiencing that "Recount" and "Mik's Combat Text" drop fps dramatically on 25man instances(not for everyone). So using Skada would be an awesome idea, and making mik not that intense or modifing a bit would be great. GL with your irl issues ![]() |

(i had several wow installations for raiding / working and so on) so hear is a short list whats not yet done: - Heal Mode (5 different Grid positions / oUF Layout Changes) - 2nd oUF Layout - 2nd FrameLayout (v2 style)... this should take only a few hours. - Debuff Tracker for all Classes (very simple but time intensive, especially the testing). - PowerAuras - Beta Test PowerAuras is one of the greatest Addons ever but it can be very cpu / memory intensive... so i decided to built a own one with the major features of power auras.. it should use much less memory/cpu usage. Because of the lack of time i have to develope LUI v3 there will be NO, i repeat NO Healbot support. I will add this in an upcoming update after the release. Because of personal interest i will add Skada Support... (i hope i will have the time for it.. if not then it will defenitly come soon after the release) Everything is very smooth and you can feel a huge different playing/raiding with v3. The cpu/memory usage is about 30% of v2. (about ~5mb memory usage atm) There will be an open Beta Test soon... but the major problem developing and getting done with v3 is, that i have a big step to make in real life (i will move from austria to germany in about 10 days). so there is absolutly no chance to release LUI v3 within february. sorry for that. Please do not post any comments or PMs regarding the Beta test. I will announce this once everything is done. greetings PS: With the Release of v3, LUI will get his own website! You will have to thank Phaeno for that <3 PSS: LUI v3 will defenitly move to Graphical Compilations here on WoWInterface.com

So ive been using this ui for a week or two now and am enjoying it. i ran out of bar space, so while starting up a new druid, i decided to play around with the bards and on the bottom action bar i got the third one set up nice and easy. However, when i followed your link to set up the second side bar, it didnt work. i tried it once. the left bar wouldnt work properly. second time i went through all the info and reput everything in. it still doesnt work. heres some examples of whats not working. (Yes i followed every step)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton. |

Re: Re: Re: Re: cmexiraguan
First there are some numbers you should probably right down to help in the long run. Specifically the base location of Bar2 as it is in the layout (I believe it's like -91x and 35y and scale 0.9, but check Bartender first just to make sure), the other number will come up later. The thing I told you to do will allow the SHIFT + 2 to work, that's what ActionBar Paging is technically called. The reason that the bar #2 is moving with the KGPanel is because it's actually set that way in KGPanels. Go into KGPanels and then goto "Active Panels" there will be a bunch of stuff that shows up, what you are looking for it "bars_right", click on it. It should come up with a bunch of stuff on the right hand side of the menu, scroll all the way down and you will see 2 boxes filled with "BT4Bar2" which basically tells the KGPanel that whatever Bar 2 does (like hides or moves) the KGPanel also has to do. A bit above that information is "Position Settings" make a mental note of that info (or write it down) cause it will make life easier in the long run. From there you can just change the "BT4Bar2" text to whichever bar you want to use. "BT4Bar3" is 3, "BT4Bar4" is 4, and so on. Then just match up the positioning so that it's back to where it's supposed to be and your done, tada! --------------- Here is the alternative, and much easier, way that I did to basically make it work out for me: Figure out which Bar has the abilities all setup that you want to use (for me I made it bar3) then goto your keybindings and in "Actionbar Functions" go down to "Action Page #" and I just changed it so doing Shift + 2 made it change to the 3rd bar instead of the 2nd bar. It effectively does the same thing, easier to accomplish, and less chance of "Oops" in messing around with KGPanel settings. |

Re: Re: Re: cmexiraguan
I also want to replace Bar #2 from the right side of my screen with bar #3... or 6... or 7 I just want it to be replaced since I use bar 2 with bar 1 (if that makes sense... read above ^_^) But whenever I try to manually move it, it takes the KGpanel with it as well ![]() |

There is 2 things you need to do and it will work. 1): Go to your C::/Users/(Yourcomputername)/Appdata/Local/Virtualstore/Programfiles/Worldofwarcraft and check to see if the files are changed on there, if they are not, then change them manually to LUI WTF folders. IF YOU CANNOT SEE APPDATA FOLDER, then go to your file options and check "View hidden folders" and it will be there next time. I am not sure where file options is located... you will have to google it 2): If step 1 doesn't work, this will work guarenteed. Go to your normal world of warcraft folder, DELETE your WTF and Interface folders (YOU MUST DO IT IN YOUR APP DATA / VIRTUAL STORE FOLDER AS WELL OR IT WILL NOT WORK), so delete the WTF folder in your normal WoW folder and delete the WTF folder in your C::/Users/(Yourcomputername)/Appdata/Local/Virtualstore/Programfiles/Worldofwarcraft folder, then delete your interface folder in your normal world of warcraft folder and do not make any changes to it... Log into World of Warcraft (it should show the cinematic as if you've never played before and bad resolution), log onto your character, exit game and THEN delete the WTF folder/Interface folder that should be created in its place and replace it with LUI folders, then move into WTF folder manually and rename all of the stuff you are required to (remember not to use b.net account name and use your old one (Example - MYACCOUNTNAME) must be in all caps, then continue with normal instructions Your welcome!!! |

![]() I tried the this UI on a blank install (deleted WTF and Interface folders). The WoW directory is on a different drive and named differently from my main wow directory (it is named World of Warcraft - UI Testing and it is on my D drive). As you can see, the KG panels dont seem to be working and I dont have the configuration buttons up top like the screenshots show. I also dont have the popout bar on the side, but the buttons are there because I see the tooltip when I mouse over ones that have things in them. The resolution is 1920x1080 and I am on windows 7 64 bit. |
