The Ultimate Shaman UI 5.0.5 - 1920 x 1080 [16:9-WIDE]  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: v5.0.5

--[[TUSUI v5.0.5 Installation]]--

Welcome to TUSUI! This UI has quite a few addons you may not be familiar with. It is suggested you look at all addon options in case you don't understand what they do or how they work.

To begin the installation of this UI you should back up your current UI and prepare your wow folder to install the UI properly.

**Step 1: Begin by backing up your UI. Create a Backup folder in your wow directy and copy your 'WTF' and 'Interface' folders into your backup folder.

**Step 2: Delete all your current addons from your 'Interface\AddOns\' folder. This is to avoid any addon conflicts.

**Step 3: Open the 'WTF' folder included in this download and rename the according folders inside to match the folders in your current WoW's 'WTF' folder.
You should see 3 folders:
A. YOUR ACCOUNT NAME (not your bnet email)
B. YOUR REALM NAME
C. YOUR CHARACTER NAME

**Step 4: Once your folders have been renamed, copy them directly to your WoW folder and 'Copy and Replace' any files prompted (all in most cases).

**Step 5: Open your WoW, and enable all addons for the character you are currently installing for.

**Step 6: On log in you'll be prompted, after the TUSUI Logo has disappeared from the screen, to 'Install' or 'Ignore'. Clicking the 'Install' button will set the UI up for the character you have set the files up for.
Should for some reason this prompt disappears or you click 'Ignore' and you have not installed the UI, you may use the slash command '/tusui install'.
Your UI should reload and you'll be prompted with additional help info and a confirmation that the UI has been installed correctly.

**Step 7: ...

**Step 8: Enjoy TUSUI v5.0.5

If you're having any fps issues due to an addon, download this:

http://www.wowinterface.com/download...nProfiler.html

/ap to open the window, enable CPU, reload UI, put 120 seconds on the top, and hit start.

If you're having an issue with an addon not in the compilation, you'll have to report it to the appropriate author.

The bonus scanner module of Gearscore was making my frame glitch every ~5s, and it seemed as if Fubar was making a huge impact on my FPS post patch. Once I deleted that and got Bazooka I was having issues with one of the latency modules I downloaded for it.

Might be something to look at if you use any of those.

Yeah that'll be addon related. Run through all your out-of-date addons and disable them one by one until the problem no longer happens, then make sure you update the addon causing it. If that doesn't work or there isn't an update try resetting the variables for it.

If anything there's still a few bugs in some mods that are conflicted with new blizzard crap still. A lot of the buff mods and healing mods are having issues at the moment on top of everything else.

Since the patch I've updated add ons myself, got most things working again. But, I seem to have an issue with my FPS. When I first log in I usually get around 50 FPS, but after a few minutes it will drop to 8-10 FPS and just stay there. The weird thing is a /reloadui will reset this and it'll be fine again for another short time.

You think this is addon related?
I'm sure it is. Have same problem (60fps to 20fps) and its only when i have addons on. After turn off all addons, problem dissapeard

I run the resto version just changed a bit...either way it doesn't work. It's showing black on black instead of white on black with all the profiles.

Fyi: If you're still looking around for a replacement for SBF, I downloaded about 20 different buff mods and came up with "Raven" here on WoW-Int. It's pretty customizable but simple to use once you realize "oh hey I need to check THIS box...".

Gotcha. Good to know, updated my grid so the basics are working... but hell if I know how to configure it at all... when someone's got a health deficit it's showing black-on-black instead of white and can barely see anything, lol. Had to revert to pitbull raid frames on my shaman for the time being *shiver*.

There are posts on the Blizzard support forums about fps problems since the patch, and there are many possible reasons (and sometimes despite everyone's best efforts the reasons remain unclear and unfixed by Blizzard or the video card driver programmers).

The solution depends on the reasons and thus it would be very difficult to answer your question with the information you have posted firstly, and secondly the Blizz technical information forums is a much better place to post your question since this comment area is supposedly related to the Ultimate Shaman UI.

I will post the location of the Blizz support forums....it is possible someone else here will have some particular insight into your problem and post....good luck.
