It is a problem with bartender not with spartan UI.
You are talking about the Micro Menu, lots of people have been reporting that on bartenders forum. I am having the same problem right now.

i love how spartan is working in the newer versions of wow just wish there was optional skin selections via a gui.

but ive a problem with it. after time the icons from the char, the guild, the questlog and so.. doesn't exist and i have to reload the ui..

do you know something about this problem?

i dont know if its ever been mentioned (too many comments). but sometimes when the target has too many buffs on him, your buffs that you have on him wont actually show. it seems there is a max amount of buffs that can be displayed

I was a problem with the blizzard chat frame that appears like your screenshot, I can't move to bottom completly. A recommendation for temporaly fix this, is using "prat" addon for customice it.

All the commands are in the help files and on the addon main page.

I'm new to this ui...I love it, however the bars that show the character panel and bags and such, as well as the aura bar, seems to hide when not mousing over them...so the only way to show them is to mouse over them which is kind of annoying to me. Is there a way to keep them always showing?

My stance and pet abilites bars keep getting moved, and when I move them on one character they are moved on another. When I hit reset position it takes them to the bottom center of the screen and I have to move them backw ith X , Y. Anyway easier to fix this?

Also something new which I am not sure what is going on but since today the micro menu keeps disappearing . If I exit game and reset bartnder comletely i get everything back until i zone and theni lose it all again.

Yes, I disabled everything except Bartender, oUF, and Spartanui. On Spartanui, I use only the core, player frames, and spincam. I do not use party frames or film effects.

My curiosity is driving me to ask (was online a bit over the days to try to get the few achv's I was missing for the Meta Achv (Love is in the Air) ... and personally I didn't notice any issues,
so if you feel like it would you enlighten me with more details (maybe even pic's if possible) .... don't get me wrong I do believe you when you say there is a problem.

A last note did you do a 100% confirmation of this being a Bartender Issue by disabling all addons but Spartan, oUF & Bartender?
Just asking to make sure that it's not a conflict between AddOns that result in the issue.

As Zilver has already stated, I did confirm the menu issue is with Bartender. The new version of Bartender (4.4.16) does NOT fix the issue though.

Thank you for the help everyone, i really appreciate it. Ive been just dealing with the problem for far too long now i think heh.

That said if you chose to install SpartanUI (FanUpdate), you should get 2.6.3 RC5.4 (which I just uploaded a sec ago).

I uploaded 2.6.3 RC5.4 a sec ago, so it should go live to download soonish (pending approval).
The update holds the new version of oUF & Bartender, I updated the version number to quickly being able to identify if people report issues from "old" version's, SpartanUI (FanUpdate) haven't been modified this time around (due to me being sick) ... but since there was issues with using the 2.6.3 RC5.3 download out of the box I found it best to get the update out asap.

there has been lots of talks and work towards skins for SUI, I think one was even made a while back, but it's not the focus ATM.

2.6.1 is the old version, it's not supported by this author or by spartan (FanUpdate). The current release of this addon which is based on SpartanUI is 2.6.3RC5.3
