Thanks for downloading this UI pack!
This UI is optimized for 1920x1080 display modes, you may need to make additional edits at other Resolutions. This pack is not a "light" pack, and may require a 'better than average' computer to handle the mods required. Please see the list of AddOns in the addon folder, and AddOn screenshot for a full list of AddOn's used.
::::IMPORTANT READ BEFORE INSTALLING:::
Before installing this pack, you should backup your existing WTF and Interface folders. This way, you can easily revert back if you do not like the version provided here. Further, you will want to back up any character specific Macros you currently use.
Step 1:
Replace your existing WTF and Interface folders with the folders provided in this download.
Step 2:
From there go inside the WTF Folder, then inside the Account folder, and rename the folder titled "ACCOUNT NAME HERE" to be whatever your account name is. (eg. username233)
Step 3:
Open that newly renamed folder.
Step 4:
There should be a folder called "SERVER NAME HERE" rename that to the server you play on. (eg. Lightninghoof).
Step 5:
Open that newly renamed folder.
Step 6:
There should be a folder called "CHARACTER NAME HERE" rename that to the name of the character you want to adopt this UI.
-- optional: if you have multiple characters you want to grant this UI, copy that folder and repeat the renaming process for the other characters.
Step 7:
Log into World of Warcraft
Step 8:
Once you are logged into the game and loaded into your character, hit enter and type the following command:
/reflux switch DerevkaUI
(note this command is CASE sensitive)
You might not see your typing/command line, just continue typing and hit enter when complete.
Your UI should reload, and all settings be switched to the DerevkaUI profile.
Step 9:
Type /dxe config and in the Profiles section change your current profile to DerevkaUI or Default.
Step 10:
Make any final tweaks you might need (Grid and Clique specifically), and enjoy the UI!! To move grid (especially if you operate at a different screen resolution) use the command /grid and then go to layout, and toggle the Frame Lock on/off to move it/resize. (then relock it)
The original inspiration for this UI pack is based off of an earlier version of the lovely, Priestess Bati's. Check her out, too!
I strongly suggest people consider using the Muted Sounds mod along with this configuration. It will mute all non-NPC/Boss/Addon sounds enabling you to hear your audio cues much easier.
IMPORTANT:
This pack includes my Power Aura strings, if you are not comfortable editing Power Auras I suggest visiting the Power Auras page/Wiki. Further, if you do not want to use my Power Aura set up and have one of your own--- BACK UP YOUR EXISTING POWER AURAS. You can easily do this by exporting your sets to a simple .txt file and replacing my sets by Importing your sets back.
