ViksUI is a fully functional UI replacement for WOW with many extra features that are not included in the standard UI. Almost everything can easy be changed ingame. Panels and borders can be changed color on, or turn off.

ViksUI is NOT a "addon collection"

It have it's own oUF layout for unitframes. The unitframe changes based on raidsize.
This UI is tweaked for 1920x1080.

Emoji support

This UI started along time ago, and was just shared with friends at start. Much of this UI have found code and inspiration from different UI like Quilight UI, ShestakUI, TukUI, DuffedUI and ElvUI. So credit goes to all of these UI.

The UI is based on my likings so it will not change alot, but i try to add options to change most. Like turning off panels, change colors and fonts.

Chat - Fully adapted and tweaked chat.
World Boss kill tracker - Track what world bosses your char have killed this week when mouseover the clock under minimap.
Skins - Skinning of Blizzard frames and many other. NB! Keep using the Addon skins over this!

Quest automation: Gossip Skip, Auto Accept, Turnins. Shift Click to override.
Mage Portals: Left click for Teleport, Right Click for Portal.
Raid Utility: Left Click for Menu, Right Click for Ready Check, Middle click for Rolecheck.
Aligment Grid: /align
One click DE/Milling/Prospecting by holding Alt button in and click on item.
Shift+Righclick on item on AH for direct Buyout

Addons i also use / Recomend:

Setup:

Delete/backup your current UI. (Updating to v5, then you should fully delete ViksUI folders due to big changes to files, also removed alot unused media files)
Copy all from archive to your World of Warcraft folder(Interface\AddOns\).

For first time install pr wow account setup.

Close Skada window
Click “Accept” on First tim on ViksUI.
Click “Damage” or “Healer” (Not added yet so no changes)
Click “Accept” on DBM Settings (if installed). By default skinning off DBM is enabled.
type: /settings all (NB! Only first time pr account, resets bartender layout)

Settings pr character:

Select bartender profile type: /vbt

Tip for WoD: The Garrison special ability button, drag the button to action bar to remove texture!

IF ERRORS:
Not installed correctly and/or had it previously installed.
Type: /installui
Type: /settings all

If errors with click2cast or simular. Try to remove (and take backup) the ViksUI.lua and Viks_ConfigUI.lua. Both under \Account\YOURACCOUNTNAME\SavedVariables and under \Account\YOURACCOUNTNAME\REALM\CHARACTERNAME\SavedVariables
These errors normaly comes when not cleaning fully up before upgrading to Version 5.

Notes:
Updating to V5 - See Setup! ONLY WORK ON PATCH 6/WoDFrom Version 5.03 Masque_Viks is no longer needed. So delete the folder if had previous install of addon.

awesome ui !

I did run into simular trouble myself with Click2Cast not registering new buttons. So i deleted ViksUI.lua and Viks_ConfigUI.lua in \Account\YOURACCOUNTNAME\SavedVariables. But i was lazy and didn't delete it from \Account\YOURACCOUNTNAME\REALM\CHARACTERNAME\SavedVariables also.

Now on first run it didn't set up settings and so on because it did find the character related files so it didn't check for rest.
Now Click2Cast works nicely again.

So don't be lazy

That was my reason atleast.

hmm okey, then i have a problem because nothing is breaking it now.

Try force moving with both mouse buttons or esc button.
I did have that problem myself one time. The problem was then a lua error text box that popped, and all keys where registered as a typing inside the error box. Since that 1 time i have never gotten it back.

Let me know if you keep getting this error. In worst case disable it under /cfg -> Miscellaneous -> "Spin Camera while afk"

Have no idea on what u are thinking about. My addon can't stop other addons to load.
Please make sure all ur addons is 100% patch 6 compatible. Almost all addons need update and will not work after patch.

Like i have the Micro menu that is only visable when holding down Ctrl + Shift Insde Bartender (/bt), uncheck "Lock" to see the numbers on the bar you whant to change (I normaly hides 3,4 and 7). So click on Bar 3 -> Visibility and check "Use Custom Condition" there should be my default condition there but if not write Code: [mod:ctrl]show;hide And just change for the bars you like. You have to edit a few files then. Just remember to keep backup of these files for later when you update the addon. The text doesn't fit because ur using another font. The 2 text you whant to change is chat tabs and litestats. The litestats is on my todo list to improve, i just whanted it there asap because it shows detailed xp information when leveling.

To edit lua files i recomend using Notepad++ (http://notepad-plus-plus.org/)

To change the position of text, edit ViksUI\Datatext\Positions.lua. This file holds all 12 spots to use in datatext. The positions are based on 3 screen panels. CPTopp (top panel), RBottom (Bottom right on screen) and LBottom (Bottom left on screen).
You whant to adjust the up and down (y value).
So example for p==1 obj:SetPoint("LEFT", LBottom, "LEFT", 5, 2) ; Here 5, 2 is the X and Y value. Change it to 5, 0 and you move it 2 pixles down. For your font i think adjusting all Y values to 0 should be fine.

If you do /settings all again on any character, then you have to change bartender profile again for all character on that account.

In worst case just do a /bt and unlock bars and move them. If you manualy have to move anything please make a screenshot.

The first screenshot the bartender profile haven't been set yet thats why.
On the second screenshot it looks correct. Just do /bt and turn off the bars you don't whant.
