I have always been interested in having a custom UI set up for my specific needs without the bloat a lot of the existing packages include. This UI is set up specifically for Enhancement Shaman running a 1920x1080 resolution. I received a few requests from the forums to make this public, so here it is.
I will keep it updated as long as I continue playing and I tend to tweak things here and there when I get bored. The main issue mirroring my screen to yours will be getting the 1px borders to scale correctly. In the addon list below, I have included the config menu options for the various addons as well as a list of LUA files that have been modified.
Installation Instructions:
Unzip the file and place Fonts, Interface, and WTF folders into the WoW Directory.
Change "ACCOUNTNAMEHERE" to the proper name, "ServerNameHere" to the proper server, and "CharacterNameHere" to the proper character.
Ensure "Enable Out of Date Addons" is checked.
Addon profiles are saved as Default, and most should appear upon login. If something does not appear, look for Danger-Sargeras in the profile list and select it. For Gnosis, type /gnosis and go to Configurations, then "Load Castbars" under Default if they do not show up automatically.
Addons included in this package are:
Arp_Minimap - Minimalistic minimap addon. Edits made to Arp_Minimap.lua, rarely needs updates.
bBuff - Minimalistic buff addon. Edits made to bBuffs.lua, rarely needs updates. /movebuffs
Bartender4 - Actionbar mod, bars 1-4 are enabled. /bt
BigWigs - Bossmods. Edits have been made to BigWigs_Plugins > Bars.lua file for scaling and duration text color. /bw
Chatter - Chat mod addon. I run two chat windows. Edits made to Chatter.lua to disable chat hover background. /chatter
CleanHotKey - If hotkeys are shown on actionbars, removes monochrome text tag.
ColorPickerPlus - Easy copy/paste of colors from one mod to another.
Combuctor - Inventory/bank mod. I disable config in addon list when set up. /combuctor
CooldownCount - Button text. Edits have been made to CooldownCount.lua for positioning. /cc options
eAlignUpdated - Alignment grid. /align
ErrorFilter - Hides red error text. /errorfilter
FramesResized - Resizes tradeskill, guild, loot frames, etc. /fr
Gnosis - Cast bars. /gnosis to modify, but remember to go into Configurations > Update Config if you make any changes to the profile or the mod will not save it!
HGarri - Hides the garrison mission icon, only shows on mouseover.
Kui_Nameplates - Nameplates. Edits have been made to castbar.lua and create.lua. /knp
Masque / Masque_Ryver - Skins Bartender. /masque
Outliner - Outlines chat text without shadow offset.
PitBull4 - Unit frames, raid frames, etc. Edits have been made to LuaTexts.lua to remove text shadow. /pitbull
Postal - Mail addon. Settings accessed from mailbox.
SharedMedia - Contains several font/texture files. Please do not update this addon.
SimplePowerBar - Alternate Power Bar for certain boss fights. /spb
Skada - Damage meters and more. Edits made to BarDisplay.lua to remove text shadow./skada
SocialRoster - Adds "Guild" tab back to the social pane.
TipTac - Skins tooltips. I disable the options addon after setup. /tip
WeakAuras - Buff/debuff/cooldown/timer tracking. Edits made to aurabar.lua for timer shadow offset. /wa
I am willing to provide a limited amount of support within my realm of knowledge, but I can't guarantee I can assist with every question. My BattleTag is halcyon#1306.
Log:
05/15/15: Fixed positioning of the combo points, BG tracker, HaT tracker, and energy tracker. Somehow they got shifted up higher than they should've been. GCD tracker overlay on minimap, can be disabled through /wa and either deleting or selecting the "Never" display option.
02/25/2015: Updated for Patch 6.1! WeakAuras will no longer show Combo Points as question marks and all addons have been updated and should no longer be getting LUA errors.
02/11/2015: Shifted Target Castbar up and WeakAuras down, as WeakAuras are active more often than the castbar and I did not like having the auras shifted up for something that is only there occasionally. Added Combat WeakAuras for Adrenaline Rush, Killing Spree, Revealing Strike, and Bandit's Guile (Shallow/Moderate/Deep Insight timers as well as a visual for Sinister Strike count during each cycle). Added ToT's target as well as focus target's target to balance left and right.
02/09/2015: Scaled Bartender and Pitbull frames down, as well as font sizes across the board. Moved all frames toward the bottom of the screen to free up center screen space.
02/06/2015: Changed to my original texture, Melli Dark, from Flat. Modified WeakAuras to show Anticipation stacks as "ghost" 50% opacity combo points above normal combo points. Removed Honor Among Thieves icon timer and replaced with text timer next to energy. Modified WeakAura placement for buffs/debuffs to move dynamically with cooldowns and damage reductions being on the left and damage increases, CCs, etc, on the right. Modified order of Boss/Arena Pitbull frames, will now go down and left instead of up and left as to align with buffs.
02/06/2015: Updated Pitbull text to abbreviate target name after 20 characters. It will now take names like Dungeoneer's Training Dummy and display them as D. T. Dummy. NPC names will continue to appear colored by difficulty, player names will now appear colored by class. Level for NPCs will appear class colored, level for players will appear difficulty colored. Target of Target and Focus frames have been updated to reflect abbreviated names and colors and will abbreviate after 15 characters.
To-Do List:
- Find a less wonky nameplate addon that doesn't require a lot of LUA modification.
- Create additional WeakAuras suited for PvP in place of BigWigs.

I've been looking for a new UI a lot recently, but the ones that look half decent for me are out of date - especially because I'm a rogue. I don't know why, but I really don't like how the Blizzard UI is, it almost made me quit on my first month (I'm on my second right now).
