aBag (Classic and TBC)

As I don't play classic, expect very limited support and/or updates.
You'll find the retail version here.

Intro

Extra simple bag and bank addon for simple people like me!
Position can be adjusted using /abag. All other config is done in the core/config.lua file.
Sorting dot is by default enabled for bags and disabled for bank. This depends on SortBags, so you'll need to download it for it to appear and work.
Profession and ammo bags are displayed in separate frames. Title and color can be fully customized. By default, color is the same as the main bag and title is hidden.

All config is done in the core/config.lua file!!! There's many configuration options, so take a look!

Features

Also works on TBC!

Known bugs

When removing a bag from the bank and placing it in the backpack or the default bank slots, its related slots are not immediately removed. Fix: click/drag any item

Bank main container's items' tooltips aren't displayed.

1.8: Added keyring support.

1.7: Added in-game drag configuration via /abag.

1.6: Added multiple configuration options for item quest/level/quality/junk.

1.5: Added support for bank slots.

1.4: Major bug fixes.

1.3: Added profession/ammo/soul bags support.

Freezy3 A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 9 Uploads: 0	The ability to mouseover items in the bag is very narrow making it hard to do anything with the items. Also couldn't figure out a way to drag the bag window around at all so they're in unfortunate spots.

Hey! The SortBags addon is only needed to enable sorting functionality, bags should work on its own. As for the position, you can change that on the core/config.lua file (I'm working on some in-game drag options). I'll try again soon & esp. good to have 1x big bag "abag better w ammo grid above it" cause it opens to bottom right. Not lil above bot right to Northwest like normal bags do. Nice to hear! And thanks for the feedback! I think I know what's happening, I'll update this post once I upload the fix.

EDIT: Version 1.6r3 which fixes that issue is ready to download.

Thanks for the feedback! That seems a bit strange, the addon stores your "open all" / "toggle backpack" bindings in the savedVariables when it prompts you the "aBag needs a reload ......", so that's the keybindings it will use. I'd recommend checking if your bag keybindings are in place first, and if so check what's in the savedVariables with any text editor.

If everything is alright, then I'll need to investigate further. Soul bags should work just like ammo/profession bags, but I don't have a 20+ warlock to check the casuistic on for the moment :S

I assume you're not getting any Lua errors? (run "/console scriptErrors 1" to enable, 0 to disable)

Bag binds are all intact. And no errors. The bags also seem to pop up when I try to rearrange them. It’s working, but having to move around my bags to open them isn’t an ideal scenario lol.
