    Fox Paws lets Vulpera show off their feet and wrists -- free of charge!

    Vulpera characters on accounts with the heritage armor set unlocked must pay normal transmogrification prices for their hidden boot and bracer appearances; everyone else gets to do it for free. No longer will Blizzard be allowed to extort our gold from us!

    Thanks to my friend Vulpini who reported this Blizzard bug on the official forums. Sorry for making you wait 10 months for a work around.
