HealBot Continued   

Is there any chance that HB could read the drake mounts during the malygos encounter? Usually all i see is it randomly selecting raid members and showing their HP (very random and constantly changing)

Testing with the newest version, we found, that "Fluch aufheben" can not be selected from the spell list under debuffs in the localaized german version.
Actually changing in healbot_options.lua - mage debuff - the constantname from HEALBOT_REMOVE_LESSER_CURSE to HEALBOT_REMOVE_CURSE will solve the problem.
Providing "Fluch aufheben" for HEALBOT_REMOVE_LESSER_CURSE may help also (instead of "Geringer Fluch aufheben").

First, I'd like to thank HB's authors for such a marvelous addon. AWESOME job, guys, you're DA BEST :]

Well, here's my suggestion. I play Holy priest for now, and I have a minor inconvenience... Is it possible to track [Surge of Light]'s procs somehow? It's a bit confusing when SoL is up (so I can cast [Flash Heal] instantly) but HB still shows incoming heal marker when I cast 'instant FH', unless I cast any other healing spell.

Also, there are some issues with ruRU locale.
1. When I decurse heavily debuffed target, health/threat bar restores to its normal color, but some dispelled debuff's icon is still up in many cases.
2. I often can't track incoming heals/HoTs from other classes, i.e. druid's HoTs or shammy's direct heals. I just don't see inc. heals' markers or HoTs' icons.
3. I can't track my Power Word: Shield status. If it's completely penetrated, its icon is still up on target bar.

In Naxx, some Curses are not detected by Healbot for me, as a Shammy. Anyone else seen this? Works fine in most cases, but certain curses it seems to miss and not indicate. I'll have to do more research to find exactly which ones it is.

First of all, I must say that HealBot is an extremely helpful and nice add-on.

I'd like to share a few ideas that could improve HealBot and the way I like to use it.

Chat options:
- Could you add a filter to which spells to be announced?
or a list where I can tell healbot to announce which spell I want it to announce. I am a holy paladin, and disabling healing spell announcement, but enabling other spell cast announcements. What I get is not what I'd like to see. I see Holy Shock being announced (don't want this), but Hand spells not being announced (would love to see them be announced). And I'm casting all these spells using healbot's UI and HealBot frame clicks with modifiers.

- is it possible to announce to more than one output? I'd like to whisper my target so it doesn't go unnoticed by him/her and i'd also like to announce in raid so someone else doesn't try to cast the spell again (Say Hand of Salvation from a paladin, target will know he can now be confident with aggro, and raid will know about the situation)

Range Check:
- Can it be made customizable since I'm seeing faded out bars and I can heal them, and that makes this feature ineffective for me, untrustworthy in other words.

Is it possible to set the second line to align too? Usually I can align the first line, but the second is always centered.

I was wondering... what addon/program was used to track CPU Usage of Healbot?

I'm also surprised you cite the pet issue as a reason to going back to healbot...as it is one of two reasons i moved away from healbot, since grid demonstrated the ability to provide frames for pets of all kinds in all situations.

The other being that clique was easier to setup keybindings with and provided click casting on all frames and not just grid.

healbot would always crash when a warlock in my party enslaved a demon, often failing to provide a frame which is not good for mechnar.

I'm fairly sure the methods for displaying a untiframe that can change during combat would still apply for both pets or focus frames.

I think blizzard default unit frames provides a focus frame now. but then you would need to use clique or get healbot author to allow click casting on all unitframes present.

Seerah, the reason I suggest grid+clique over healbot is that what I notice in raids is that people using healbot often fail to peform their duty because they say it crashed at the crucial time.

But I will say that neither healbot or grid are memory friendly...for that I would recomment to use oUF and oUF_Grid with clique.

I did use Grid+Clique for a while but found it too cumbersome to setup and it had a major issue (imo) regarding its inability to show pets, so I came back to Healbot. Grid probably fixed that problem since then, but I'm still pretty happy with the relative simplicity of Healbot and plan to continue using it. It covers most of my needs very well.

So, if there are no plans to add an 'inactive' bar, how about adding support for a focus bar? This way at least I can set my pet to be my focus and heal as needed. I'm sure there will be numerous other uses for such a feature.
