TomTom is your personal navigation assistant in World of Warcraft. This addon is very simple, but provides a nice set of functionality. Thanks to Esamynn for Astrolabe, which does the bulk of the work in this addon.
TomTom offers the following major features:
/way 14.78 23.90
/way Nagrand 45 50
/way 14.78 23.90 This is a waypoint!
/way reset all
/way reset Nagrand
/wayb Here
/wayback
/cway
/closestway

Arrow Not Showing
Hi guys, first thanks for the great addons, have been a real help so far. I have had the TomTom arrow working for a few hours and it literally just dissapeard off the screen. I dont see any green dots in the mini or world map anymore either. The tomtom options screen is still in the interface addons.
I have tried these steps to get it back. 1. In the options switching "Show Arrow" on and off exiting the menu both times. 2. Exit game, Delete my WTF folder and restart game. 3. Open my layout-local.txt in the character folder under WTF and add Frame: QHArrowFrame FrameLevel: 1 Anchor: LEFT X: 65 Y: 44 W: 56 H: 42 But none of these seem to do anything. There is a very quick flash of white text that looks like numbers in the centre of the screen when i first log in but don't know if that is related. Thanks in advance, Jim |

Hi all*,
I could not figure why arrow don't show up when I have the quests picked up. I checked the settings of TomTom and cannot figure it out why. Any suggestion? |

Yes, just open the options and set the "clear waypoint distance".

I have a simple question that I've had a hard time finding the solution for. Is there an option to have the crazy arrow go away after I read my destination much like cartographer_waypoint does? In other words, once the yds to target = 0 I want the crazy arrow to vanish.

Long TIne user first time DK
Just wondering Clad.
I just started my first DK, yeah I know, and I am trying to use Lightheaded and manually set way points as well, but when I click on the coords or type it in there manually I get some weird measurements. i.e. 43023 yards while in Death's Breach for one of the quests. I disabled all the other mods that potentially could touch Tom Toms API, but alas I am still having the issues. I am currently using r222. This is not happening on all my other alts BTW, so I was wondering if this is due to being the DK starting area? Silly I know, Stav |

I am having a issue where, I had to refomat my computer the other day and then I redownloaded everything and placed tomtom into my addons. Before when I used tomtom it showed me what level the quest was, and a way point there and back to turn it in... now the only thing I can do is click on the information in lighthead and get a way point there... Is there an option that is messed up or something??

All you must do is to enter command properly. I.e. give two coords instead of one. |

when I use the /way command to add a waypoint, it gives me the error: "found 73 possible matches for zone 43,28. Please be more specific". Is the /way command not capable of assuming it should add the waypoint for the zone you're currently in, if a zone isn't specified? Wouldn't that make a lot more sense?
