How Do I find out which zone name TomTom understands? e.g. Dalaran
I want to create a named waypoint to Dalaran in Broken Isles.
I tried /way Dalaran and got "9 possible mataches for Dalaran", but tomtom refuses to tell me the matches, so i can be more specific. /way list shows me I am in map 627, continent 619, world: 947 - Dalaran, Broken Isles, but I have no idea how to translante the numbers into a proper /way command. would it be "/way 947:619:627 X,Y "Comment"? "/way Broken Isles: Dalaran X,Y" |

Ah, interesting. So you reset and then you get the frame linkage to Minimap.
Do you have an addon that modifies the minimap or something else below the minimap? What is around your minimap that hides the coordinate block? Does using "/fstack" help show what is around that area?

adjusted it instead of using "reset" and it kept that. however the "reset" should be to a place that isnt hidden by default IMHO

Re: Re: Re: Coordinate Block
OK. Are you sure you are running 1.0.5?
One of the changes I made was to change the anchoring from Minimap to UIParent. This shows the default anchoring before v80200-1.0.5 .

Re: Re: Coordinate Block
thank you for the quick reply. it prints:
[12:01:58] TomTom: CoordBlock is visible [12:01:58] TomTom: CoordBlock point=TOP frame=Minimap rpoint=BOTTOM xo=-20.00 yo=-10.00 also, i realized i use TomCat Tours which plugs into Handy Notes, both of which interact with Tom Tom. One of them may be the factor. will start testing and let you know. Handy Notes, TomCat (Najatar, Mechagon, Arathi & Darkshore) disabled and i still get the behavior. Any of these potentially interacting? Instance Acheivement Tracker Deadly Boss Mods Exorsus Raid Tools PetTracker Petjournal Enhanced Weak Auras 2 Farm Hud Battle Pet BreedID Details! Re: Coordinate Block
Well, if I put it on top of my minimap, it stays there.
v80200-1.0.5 is special. I added code to save the positions of the arrow and block in the profile instead of using the Blizzard layout-local.txt file. I could have done something wrong, but I have been testing it for a few months and it has pretty stable. In preparation, I added some code to debug any potential arrow (/tway arrow) or block (/tway block) issues, so that screen coordinates and anchoring points would be visible. What does the output of the /tway block command say after you place it and after a reload?

Coordinate Block
Sorry if this is already entered. i did not see it. I like the coordinate block on the minimap. for some reason after the update to v80200-1.0.5 it resets on each screen load somewhere else i ahvent figured out. as i dont use many add ons that change the screen, this is eitehr hidden by the default blizzard action bar or default blizzard bag bar. im not sure what else would hide it.
any suggestion on how to prevent reset? i tried custom profiles but its not helping. no errors show from !swatter. update: just noticed on a character load in that its hiding bottom center of screen. this time it was OVER the action bar. clicking on the screen had ti behind again.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Waypoints not saving
I had thought that because I was clicking the arrow to clear the waypoint (just from the arrow, not from the list) that this was somehow deleting them all rather than just the arrow. I've tried to reproduce it; I'll set some more up tomorrow and get back to you with a bug report. |
