Well as a Hunter that PVP/Arenas/Raids high end content I can tell you that I don't simply use one pet and that I do have to respec them a fair bit, I wouldn't mind say "hold alt or shift while clicking to go to max rank" which would eliminate people from accidentally right clicking. Anyways just a small thought, I love the addon otherwise.

Here's a suggestion (apologies if it has been said before) could you add the ability to say right click an ability to automatically train the highest rank of the pet skill? As it is now it's more time consuming then it could be.

if you group with someone who has a newer version of this mod it will let you know that yours is out of date so you can come here and update it.

the addon can't get version data from a website directly.

ok I found out editing a player note or the gmotd sends it twice. I've changed it so that it will only send version data one time per re-log or reload.

the party/raid notifications are probably worse, so i'm going to look into that before I upload v9.

also, i tried to make it only send when the guild motd is received but that seems to be too soon in the loading process.

chain reactions will be minimal since the mod doesn't send the message when it knows its out of date.
Here's what I'm seeing:

will hide the frame. you can put that anywhere in the function BT_OnLoad()
i think that will work...

that also hides the enchanting frame however since its shared.

i'll prolly make it an option to hide it later on and do it properly. i'll do it in 2.4 when the new options window thing for addons is live.
it needs to be added to the BT_OnEvent() function not BT_OnLoad()

I would prefer not to since people playing chars other than their hunter can still give out version data to other players. it's also easy to disable mods per character on the addon screen at log in if you really don't want it to load.
