    Dejablue's simple Objective Tracker mouseover fader.
    • Fades out (Hides) the Objective(Quest) Tracker on mouse-out.
    • Fades in (Shows) the Objective(Quest) Tracker on mouse-over.
    • Dynamically shows and hides as quests are accepted, completed, and as quest objectives are achieved and completed.
