Re-adds the missing movement sounds for kodo mounts to the game.

Only applies to your mount. Not to mounts of others.

Configuration via Blizzard UI or /mounts.

The addon can't play different sounds for different terrains (gras, wood, water, etc.). That's unfortunatley impossible. It is not re-enabling the original Blizzard sound for kodos. It uses an other way to add the sound. Due to that it plays the same sound for all terrain types.
