    Thank Blizzard. It is their combattext. I just made the font size a bit smaller.

    I just recognized that SystemFont_Shadow_Huge3 does not seem to be the combat text font anymore. Otherwise I would have gotten an outline...Need to recheck.

    The seems to be a font called CombatTextFont now.
