ForceEnchant

Version: 1.1
by: nebula [More]

The addon simply auto-accepts the confirmation dialogue box when overwriting an enchant on your gear.

No configuration, no options. Will output to chat with the current enchant and the new enchant when overwriting.

/fe toggles ForceEnchant on and off if you want to disable it temporarily.

A quick note: I used this for power-leveling my enchanting and turned it off after I was done. Pop-up warnings when you're about to do something you might not want to do are a good thing!

Version 1.1:
- Bail if in combat
- Bail on lock/rogue temporary weapon enchants (SecureCmdUseItem is a bully)
- Added slash command to toggle enabled state
- When overwriting an enchant with the same enchant, just print the name once

Version 1.0:
- Initial

Uploaded a new version that checks for combat and if overwriting lock stones or rogue poisons. Can't do anything between clicking on your enchant item and clicking on your weapon (or using a macro to do it) as that action comes from a protected function call (UseInventoryItem). I assume it would cry about taint if you went to overwrite something from a vellum, too.

So if you really want to do something like that without having to reload your ui, I added /fe as a toggle.

Does this addon work for temporary enchants such as poisons? (I would test this myself but I can't get on wow atm )

It's a different function to replace in a trade so I'd assume it wouldn't >.> Will most likely still say in chat what you're replacing but not accept it for you.

Getting ready to try this out, but does this also confirm the dialog box if you're enchanting others' gear? If not, do you think you might add an option to ONLY confirm if you're enchanting your own gear? And are there slash commands for turning it on and off? LOOOOVE the idea btw.
